Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation in the serra da canteira! Private apartment, within the area of a residential villa with private parking. Esta acomodação elegante é perfeita para viagens em grupo, família , amigos , para quem quer tranquilidade , temos piscina aquecida, redario, móveis rústicos , cozinha e sala ampla , area gourmet com fogão a lenha . Obs : em tempos de frio a piscina não fica totalmente aquecida , pois quanto tem queda de temperatura , automaticamente a piscina sofre uma queda também por esta ao tempo sem proteção ao redor.

Fran is a sweetheart, she welcomed us very well, with a cake, she explained everything to us. If you want to go to Allianz, it's really close, about 20 minutes on foot, I recommend it! Fran and Julio are really trustworthy, they're sweethearts! ❤️

We really want to thank Christian for hosting because our trip was a much higher experience than we were expecting. The site itself is already an amazing place but other than that we still had great support from the housekeeper who guided us and helped us with everything we needed. The Estadia was impeccable when we arrived and we took advantage of everything he had to offer us. Thank Christian and Tatu

Arnaldo's place is better than the pictures! He lives on the upstairs, totally separated, providing the leisure area + suite exclusive to the guests. All very practical and ready for rest, leisure and work. Excellent barbecue, all well equipped. The pool is delicious. Nice nets and lawn for pets. Host's hospitality complemented the success of our stay! I highly recommend it!

Bettina the world needs more people like you! I am delighted with your care and attention since the first contact I made with you. I had some experiences with hosts, all of them were extremely cut, polite, attentive, but you have something different. Its edicule is perfect, very cozy, it has everything we need, the cleaning is impeccable. I was in love with its plants, several species, one more beautiful than the other. Well, finally, I'm sure we left there with the recharged energy and with the desire for more days like this. Gratas for Everything!

Ambiente and host Rita are extremely enjoyable, even if it's temporary, I felt like I was at home (from those places that make you want to live and have the wonderful Rita as a neighbor). All very clean and organized. Every detail brings a treat to the guest. The location is privileged, secure and has a garage.

We loved the place, the stay was wonderful. Very well-equipped kitchen, clean house, fragrant linens. The caretakers Dona Selma and Seu Antônio are amazing and very hospitable. Great place to rest and recharge. The only suggestion would be to put lighting in the yard for the bonfire nights. otherwise we were satisfied

Our family made great use of the stay. We stayed a week, and if we could, we would have stayed longer. Sandra is an excellent host, she thought of everything with great affection, is always available and made us feel at home. The property is safe and very well located. It was a great experience staying with my family at this home. The house is large, very spacious, clean, safe and very well located (close to Villa Lobos park, the nearby bakery restaurants). Kriks is amazing and helpful in everything we need.
