My brother was visiting us from Canada, and our plan—just my wife, our 10-year-old daughter, and me—was to get out of São Paulo for the weekend and find a peaceful place to relax. What we found was so much more. The property was instantly welcoming, beautifully located, and completely safe, with the owners living on the same lot (though in a separate house). What really sets this place apart is the owners’ flexibility: they’re happy to give you complete privacy or engage in conversation if you’re in the mood. I really appreciated that balance. Suy, in particular, was incredibly kind, and my daughter grew quite fond of her. This is a place for good people, run by good people. I’d give it six stars if I could.

Our stay at Chácara da Família Batista was amazing! The space is cozy, well cared for and perfect for family gatherings. We celebrated a birthday and everyone enjoyed it a lot – adults, children and even pets! The atmosphere is peaceful and conducive to special moments in the midst of nature. We will definitely be back other times. I highly recommend it

The house does not offer pillows, bed linens, towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish towels, or blankets. 3. *The host demanded a 500 REAIS deposit, which, as far as I know, is not a practice encouraged by Airbnb.* However, she returned the exact amount the day after we left. 4. The host also requested a video of the state of the house for check-out, including images of the trash cans.

The Bluehaus apartment is very nice, we went with my partner and it has everything, very well equipped! The room on the second floor has a spectacular view, and so does the terrace. One of the best neighborhoods in São Paulo, very close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. They were very helpful in answering all our questions. I recommend anyways!

The apartment is very functional and it is actually possible to live there, unlike studios. It has a stove, a large refrigerator, and various kitchen utensils. The Frei Caneca mall is very close and is a good place to get around. The place is safe and busy, but not messy. Marcos is very helpful, attentive and responds very quickly.
