Donata and her husband welcomed us warmly, Donata is very available and explains everything you can do nearby (parks, aquarium, monuments) the landscape is beautiful, the environment is extremely quiet, very nice place to relax with family, full of board games for children of all ages and plenty of books, also outdoor games, cabin and slide perfect for children, the pool is great (salt water, hot and level) with the panorama on Sogliano el Rubicone, functional accommodation extremely clean with everything you need, the bathrooms are perfect and well equipped with eco-friendly products, we had a great time, thanks to Donata and her husband for the welcome and their kindness we recommend this perfect b&b for a family

We stayed in the Villa at the end of April. The place is beautiful, surrounded by nature, quiet, with a beautiful garden that surrounds the house. About a km away there are bakeries, supermarkets, butchers, all the shops that can serve you. Lorena was fantastic, you helped us with everything, both to find a restaurant for Easter, and as a guide for the various sites to visit. The house has every comfort, two living areas one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, eat-in kitchen with table for 8. The house is about an hour from Rimini for those who love the sea. For those who want to visit the art cities less than 45 minutes away, there are: San Leo, San Marino, Urbino, Urbania. Wonderful stay, thanks again Lorena.

Fascinating location well maintained with almost all the furnishings authentically period. Location in the center of an intriguing area. Authentic art deco cafe in front of them. Supermarket accessible three hundred meters away. Welcoming people from Romagna. Super recommended
