Very good hosting by Nadège. This small comfortable studio was very clean and perfectly matched my expectations: completely independent, functional kitchen, clean bathroom, soothing decor, very good sofa bed bedding, parking in the courtyard right next door, wifi and network available. Great for medium stays. I recommend it and will go back without a problem.

André is a great host! He answers very quickly, he cares that you are well and comfortable and he is very, very kind. The accommodation is very clean, very bright, it is as in the photos and is very close to the station on foot. It's super quiet and very pretty!

Danielle and Dominique are very welcoming and above all they were present at our arrival and departure, it's rare these days. The only thing I think it would be good to clarify in the listing description is that there is no real shower room. There is a separate shower and toilet with a small sink. Great place with a lot of interesting features like the lighting. Very nice bathrooms and showers with plenty of towels. Very clean and comfortable place. The drier does not function very well, but overall great place to stay.

Wonderful stay in a very well appointed recently refurbished house. A very peaceful location but within a 5 minute drive of Cognac city centre. Beautiful walks along the river Charente. Melanie and her husband were very welcoming and helpful hosts and we would definitely consider returning in the near future.

Small functional apartment on one level, quiet in a small village close to Angoulême and Charente. Small private courtyard that can be used as a terrace and also as a parking space for the car. Friendly welcome.

The appartment is fantastic. Stylish and comfortable with everything you need. Its within easy reach of shops, places to eat or just sit and have a coffee, the market, walks by the river and there are bus stops close by, but its quiet at night too. Lisa is great with good and speedy communication. We'd definitely like to come back. Merci beaucoup Lisa!!

Ideal apartment for the weekend spent in the area. Private access and a small courtyard that also allows you to enjoy the outdoors. Great value for money, I recommend it

We had a great stay in this lovely apartment which was very centrally placed in Ruelle sur touvre. It was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and was beautifully furnished with much attention paid to detail. we loved all the old pots, antique weighing scales and arty pieces all around. A luxury studio in such a beautiful building, with a fantastic garden where many birds sing. We had good weather, wonderful outside, watched Saintes but even more relaxing in the garden. Excellent
