The Stöckelkeller is the former inn in the village of Unternschreez near Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will stay on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it when we travel. The house is right next to the small Margravial Schreez Castle. In 2021 & 2022, we completely renovated the house.

It was the first time I've been to an Airbnb. I felt very comfortable there, everything you needed was there. It was decorated with a lot of love. Clean and tidy. All the necessary information was also there. Even if it was only for one night I would come back anytime.

We were here for the second time and again completely satisfied! 🤗 The place is very clean, lovingly decorated and absolutely family-friendly – ideal for a relaxing vacation with a child. The surroundings in Franconian Switzerland are beautiful and perfect for excursions with the whole family – whether hiking, small discovery tours or leisurely walks. The hosts Irmgard and Roman are incredibly friendly, helpful and warm. They are also happy to give great tips for things to do in the region. We felt very comfortable again and will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay, recommended! The apartment was very clean and exceeded our expectations. The place is simply fantastic, a beautiful view of the mountains and it was pleasantly quiet. The apartment left nothing to be desired in terms of amenities, cleanliness and spaciousness. Maybe I've never been in such a clean apartment, plus it's like new and everything is in top condition. The location is very quiet and private. We were happy about the morning rooster. The hosts respond to all inquiries at lightning speed. We highly recommend the place.
