Our family of 7 enjoyed Anne's chateau so much. It's updated to have every modern comfort but offers loads of opportunities to feel immersed in the past. Anne is a gracious and helpful host, offering welcome gifts and local recommendations. Their family has owned the chateau for three hundred years and have taken great care with it. We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience.

On a business trip for the weekend, this small home was perfect for our needs. Quiet and close to small shops, it allowed us to rest during our stay, with hosts who were discreet and attentive to our needs. A place to remember.

We went there last year and came back because it met our criteria very well, and Sarah is very nice :)

We had a great time with family, children and grandchildren. Very welcoming and available host. Clean and spacious house that has all the necessary amenities, with a beautiful flower garden where we were able to BBQ every day. Well located in an area rich in various activities: the castles of course but also the vineyards (among others St Nicolas de Bourgueil nearby), the villages, Saumur lake very nice with small children etc ... A big thank you to Anne Marie for her kind attention on arrival and also for her flower cuttings.

Ideal cottage in the middle of nature to rest after a day spent at Puy du Fou, the location and the setting are very pleasant. Marc and his wife gave us a very warm welcome accompanied by small gifts. Nothing is missing, the bedding is very comfortable, the children loved the comfort and decor of their room from the moment they arrived! Thanks to Marc and his wife. I would highly recommend this cottage and will come back sometime!!! It was a lovely weekend for grandparents and grandchildren.

A true gem! This is a wonderful accommodation: clean, spacious, well-fournished, artistically decorated and located in a stunning valley with amenities (well-stocked supermarket, gasstation, pizzeria and delicious boulangerie) nearby (5 min. by car). The room is much bigger than the photos suggest (high ceilings and wide floor plan), and actually consists of two rooms; one sleeping/cooking area and one bathroom linked togerher via a small corridor. The outside area is just around the corner and for your use only. It offers a stunning view over the valley and nearby river. You have your own entrance and parking space, which is right in front of the gate leading towards the room so easy unloading. The road to get there is rather steep and narrow but you can practically get there with any car. Hosts live in the other part of the accommodation but because you have your own entrance it's all very private and secluded. Alex and Sandrine are amazing hosts. They could easily be contacted and provided us with many suggestions for sights and restaurants to visit, as well as offered to wash our towels and provided us with a bag to recycle our plastics. We could even lend their canoe to go onto the nearby river! They made us feel right at home and were delightful people to be around. Most cities and sights are about an hour's drive away but if you're looking for an unforgettable escape into the French country side then this is your go-to address.

We had a great stay! The accommodation is not only very beautiful, but also very clean and very comfortable. The place is so peaceful that we even saw the estate's peacock strolling quietly on the garden furniture! We will come back here without hesitation if we have the opportunity to visit the area again :)

A really nice and relaxing few days. A calm or even such invigorating silence. The seawater/saltwater pool was so nice in this heat. The garden was well appointed for the tan or staying quietly in the shade under the courtyard. (without being chased by small earth turtles ahah) The exchanges with Louise-Anne and her spouse were very pleasant, booked at the beginning so as not to disturb us, until we knew each other better ... We had a really nice relaxing stay. 2 small downsides to really cheat: the bed can accommodate a 200 mattress when it was a 190, for my boyfriend had limited it on the size side 😉 And the 2nd small bed in the room, could have been a couch for a better relaxing pose to watch something when it rains. But it's really to cheat. The welcome, rental and environment were perfect.

A homestay room like you don't see much anymore. Julie is an incredibly kind host who is committed to sharing her enthusiasm with us. As soon as I arrived, I felt at ease, like at home. Julie showed me around her beautiful garden and we talked a lot, in English and French. The house is in a very quiet environment. I slept very well there. Thanks to Julie for hosting us.

Accommodation as advertised and in a very good location. Aurelie was very welcoming and responsive in communication. A beautiful outdoor space with games for the kids.
