The expansive garden has a large Pool area, terraces with seating and sunbathing area, outdoor kitchen with gas grill. There is a playground and children's playroom.

Das in 2020 fertig gestellte Ferienhaus bietet auf 57qm zwei Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Essbereich, Bad + Regendusche sowie eine finnischen Sauna (50-70 Grad), Holzofen ein Ambiente, das selbst kalte und regnerische Tage behaglich macht. Der Blick aus den bodentiefen Fenstern und von der 40qm Terrasse richtet sich auf das große Aussengelände und lädt zum Entspannen draußen in direktem Kontakt zur Natur ein. Quiet living near the city (Tiny House)

Die Wohnung mit separatem Eingang befindet sich im Nebenhaus. Sie ist in sehr ruhiger Lage, aber gutem Anschluss nach Frankfurt, Fulda und Aschaffenburg. Uns ist es wichtig, dass Sie sich zu Hause fühlen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen. Unsere Wohnung ist komfortabel und hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir achten sehr auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene, und erheben deshalb auch eine allgemeine Reinigungsgebühr von 35 €, frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.

Living in a farmhouse

You will stay on the first floor of the newly converted farm building of an old farm. Large garden with paddock and 3 horses on a small stream. Don't be afraid of free-range chickens and our herding dog Jule. There is a bookable sauna and a small swimming pool. Seating area with fireplace in the garden free of charge. Cost for sauna is an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people only by arrangement on site. Walking with the horses can also be booked.

On 82 square meters, the "Maisonette Baugut" offers exclusive equipment over 2 floors. A light-filled living area, a private sauna with exclusive bathroom invites you to relax. Located in a quiet, stylish, and individually designed. An idyllic courtyard with barbecue facilities will delight it. The duplex is suitable for couples, small families, friends who want to explore the Würzburg and the landscape of the area. The maissonette is also allowed!

Vacation home under the Weitblick

Visit us in the heart of Germany in our apartment. You will stay in 60 m² with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom as well as a spacious living and dining area. The apartment is located in a converted farmhouse and was reopened in the summer of 2017. You will stay in an old farmhouse that has been newly renovated. The apartment has been tastefully decorated and has a separate entrance. Here you can expect pure nature in a beautiful low mountain range landscape.

From this centrally located home, you can quickly get to all the important places. The apartment is two minutes from the Judenbühlweg tram stop, with this you are in the city center in about 8 minutes. A bike path right across the street, runs along the Main into the city or to the surrounding wine villages, e.g. Randersacker (approx. 5 km), Eibelstadt (approx. 8 km) Ochsenfurt (approx. 20 km)

In order to completely relax, the private sauna can be used once for FREE (each additional time costs €10). We moved from the city to an old farm in 2016 and live here together with our dog Dago and three cats in the middle of Schwarzenfels, a municipality of the city of Sinntal, below the beautiful Schwarzenfels Castle. We are gradually renovating the farm. In 2020, our "vacation home" project was completed and we are looking forward to our guests.
