GREAT! We had an absolutely awesome stay. I have a host as thoughtful as Hanène. We had a surprise anniversary and Hanena was the best partner to make the party a success! Thank you a thousand times! The gite is superb, perfectly equipped, and very spacious . We were also lucky enough to have a beautiful tree! It was perfect, thank you for everything!

spacious, functional and quiet, it is only the hot tub that does not work too much, it's a shame because we had booked here for this criteria.. The owner was sorry which allows us to accept better and leave 5 stars because otherwise everything is fine.

Magical family stay in this magnificent home located in an enchanting village. The layout of the house is ideal for a large family and everything is planned for hosting a toddler. Nothing is missing! The garden is also superb this season and we have no doubt that we could enjoy it in summer, to enjoy the terrace, hot tub and barbecue. Maybe another time? After scouring the historic sites of the area, we ended the weekend with an enchanting walk in the forest on the edge of the village. Comfort, culture, nature, gastronomy, we highly recommend the place!

Pleasant two-night stay Comfortable cottage accommodation in a beautiful setting surrounded by horses. A little short to enjoy all the activities on offer: Hammam sauna, mini golf, fishing, etc. We enjoyed the pool when we returned from visiting Château de Guedelon Want to come back for a stay bringing the whole family together Thank you to our hosts for their friendly and warm welcome

Thanks to Joseph and Gerriane for their welcome, availability and kindness. We had a wonderful time. The area is very beautiful, the common areas (garden, swimming pool, games etc... ) very pleasant and the cottage is well furnished and convenient. The adapted and safe pool for children was a real plus for us with our 2 year old daughter who was able to fully enjoy it. We had a great time with Joseph Gerriane and the hosts present at the same time as us and Joseph's pizzas were delicious. a beautiful and warm place where we will happily return! Thank you!

Super gîte very well equipped for a weekend at the top of the top with friends 😊 (or family), to rest and enjoy the calm and nature. Very flexible and accommodating host, very good communication from booking to returning the cottage at the end of the stay. I would recommend it in a second.

Superb group cottage, very very well-equipped! Everything is together for a pleasant stay, with plenty of things to take care of on site (hot tub, games, ping pong, billiards, foosball) or for a walk (bikes, kayaking)! All in a very pleasant environment by the canal. David is a very welcoming and responsive host

We spent a weekend in Etourvy. The place was perfect and matched our expectations and needs. The village is quiet and comfortable to visit. I highly recommend this listing!

We had a great time, beautiful farmhouse tastefully renovated. We particularly enjoyed the covered outbuilding with summer barbecue kitchen and dinners outside. Very friendly hostess available and considerate knowing that we were on a motorbike she put at our disposal the towels and left us everything we needed for the 1st breakfast. Very nice accommodation with lots of activities on offer (board games, reading, music...). The place is very quiet and very pleasant. We were received by the owner who was very nice and gave us some gifts. Great place, I recommend it without hesitating.

We had the most wonderful night to finish off our ski holiday before our shuttle home. Loads to keep the children entertained and we had a bbq in the spring sunshine before sinking into comfy beds. This is our 2nd stay at Sophie and Martin's and we highly recommend this place. It feels like home! It is beautifully decorated and very well equipped. We particularly appreciated its location in a very quiet little country village.

Very welcoming and attentive hosts. The accommodation is located in a small village with a bakery just opposite. 4 bedrooms with great bedding, well appointed, we do not step on it and very beautiful garden with space. Heated pool and pétanque court are a real plus. For the downsides, the proximity to the national road is a source of a little noise but once the windows are closed it is not a bother. Only one bathroom but separate toilet. Great for a family weekend.

Very nice house with hotel look. Everything is beautiful and in stock. Fantastic area of the park. With a nice swimming pool. Very nice to relax there. In the village there is not much to do and no acceptable restaurants.

A very nice house in quiet and beautiful area Auxerres. Downtown is a 1.2 km walk away, but you can also get out of the city quickly if you want to explore the area. The hosts are a dream, one has a sense of belonging to the family. We will come back again and again. Thanks again for everything Alexndra and family!

We had a wonderful stay with friends in this beautiful home! The space is perfect for hosting large groups, with spacious rooms and charm that makes the place even warmer. The kitchen is very well equipped, ideal for group meals, and the rooms are comfortable. Vikki was very welcoming and available, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this rental and hope to be back!
