Exactly like that - Allgäu! So cozy

You want the Allgäu in all its splendor? - Exactly! Book this 40 square meter place. Double bed, kitchen, bathroom, towels, bed linen, everything is there. One door further, there is a music studio that could be booked in addition, which you can also find on Airbnb. Tue & Thu check-in is unfortunately only possible after 7 pm. On all other days, it is also possible earlier. Just let us know quickly when you will arrive. Lake Constance around the corner, ski resorts around the corner, nature anyway - that's exactly what you want in the Allgäu!

A great bike path starts practically at your doorstep to Kempten (20 km tour) - great hiking paradise. Many things are within walking distance. Small but fine single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. Direct surroundings are a new development area (single and apartment buildings). The price varies by number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi included. The city tax will be charged on site after booking.

Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

Spacious oasis in the countryside

Die Wohnung lädt zur Erholung und zum Auftanken ein - Raum für kreatives Schaffen, zum Lesen, Schreiben, oder als Ausgangspunkt für wunderschöne Wanderungen. Im Sommer sind die Badeseen und Flüsse nicht weit, im Winter geht die Langlaufloipe direkt am Haus vorbei. Die nächste Einkaufmöglichkeit ist Isny im Allgäu und ca 5min mit dem Auto/Bus entfernt. Es gibt einen Holzofen, einen Flügel der gerne bespielt werden darf und große Fenster durch die man auf die satten Wiesen blicken kann.

Our house is nestled in fields that turn yellow with dandelions in the spring and white with snow in the winter. In summer, the scent of mowed meadows blows through the air and as autumn approaches, the fruit trees and the garden directly in front of the apartment bear fruit. Here in the Allgäu you can really be close to nature. Excursion destinations for hiking and cycling are easily accessible from here, but the apartment, garden and nearby forest also invite you to relax in peace.

Herbal oasis

Old farmhouse from 1850 newly renovated! If you love nature, wild herbs and animals, this is the place to be. Without a car, you can walk here to the Eistobel or hike to the Kugel with a view of the Swiss mountains. In winter, you can walk to our small Iberglift and the cross-country ski trail. Unfortunately, we have not been in a snow-safe region for a few years. I must point out that a tourist tax of EUR 1 per person per day is due from the age of 16.

We were very happy with the apartment. There were four of us there over a weekend and we lacked nothing. The apartment was absolutely clean, the amenities great and the WiFi also worked perfectly. The contact with our hosts was very nice, we felt completely comfortable. You have to know that the nearest place is a bit far away, but for us it was a wish, among other things. You just have your peace, can switch off and enjoy the view. The sheep and the goat, which you can see from the balcony, also made our trip even more special. We would come back right away! Best regards!

The apartment is nicely decorated, clean and tidy and above all well thought out by the furnishings (which unfortunately is often not the case in vacation rentals). Parking right by the house and downtown within walking distance. Friendly and helpful host. Only minus points: The apartment is located in the basement of a wooden chalet near a body of water and there was a slight smell of damp basement (see Ingrid's review in May 2022). And the terrace is really not for big people. If you pay attention to that, everything is great and you can rent the apartment with peace of mind.

We have loved our stay! Appartment is very bright and spacious. It has all necessary amenities and utensils. Kris is a very reliable host and is always responsive to the messages. Appartment Looks exactly like on the photos and the descriptions are true! The view outside the window is breathtaking! We definitely recommend the place and will return whenever we get a chance. You will not regret this choice! Have a great time here, just like we did!

Had a really great stay at the Allgäu. We were four adults and had three toddlers with us. For us, the accommodation was ideal, as there are three bedrooms in the upper area and downstairs the magnificent living room with adjoining dining area, kitchen, conservatory and garden. You can quickly reach the small town or nature on foot. Silke and Dominik were always available and accommodated us several times, thank you very much for that!!!

We had a nice stay with our 5-month-old daughter, but you have to note that there are very many stairs, I always brought our car up so we can load our daughter, but that was no problem. The view was beautiful, our breakfast on the balcony was always a highlight.
