The price varies according to the number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500 m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800 m) but also the surrounding nature are basically within walking distance. Parking space, WiFi included. The visitor's tax is charged on site after booking.

Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Hallo, wir sind Kathi & Felix und haben uns inmitten des wunderschönen Allgäus unseren Traum vom Bauernhof erfüllt. Unser Hof liegt ca. 6 km von Isny entfernt, im kleinen Örtchen Maierhöfen. Umgeben von grünen Wiesen kann man Wanderungen oder Radtouren direkt von der Haustür starten. Im Winter lädt der Hang vor dem Haus zum Rodeln ein & auch zur traumhaften Langlaufloipe sind es nur wenige Meter. Der Skilift im Ort ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir freuen uns auf Euch.

The house in Isny with the apartment is very centrally located about 5-minute walk from the center and supermarket, shopping, gastronomy. Isny is a lovely small town in the Allgäu and is centrally located to many sights, for to Füssen to the royal castles and much more. It is also a very good starting point for hiking in the Allgäu. Ideally suited as a stopover. Friedrichshafen, Memmingen, Munich and Zurich airports are well connected to public transport.

Old farmhouse from 1850 newly renovated! If you love nature, wild herbs and animals, this is the place to be. Without a car, you can walk here to the Eistobel or hike to the Kugel with a view of the Swiss mountains. In winter, you can walk to our small Iberglift and the cross-country ski trail. Unfortunately, we have not been in a snow-safe region for a few years. I must point out that a tourist tax of EUR 1 per person per day is due from the age of 16.
