Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

The Gué Maraud gîte, ideal for 2–3 people, has been completely renovated in 2023. It is located in a small detached house on the owners' property, in Morvan Park. Guests can enjoy a private terrace with beautiful views of the countryside or the many stars in our region, children's games and a covered and heated swimming pool in season (May-October). Beautiful house, very spacious and really nicely done up inside. Lots of toys to entertain our kids and outside space. Highly recommend!

We had a great weekend in Morvan. The accommodation was perfect, located in a very quiet village. Fabrice and his wife welcomed us with kindness and the smile was there. If you want to visit the area, don't hesitate.
