Vacation rentals with a patio in Magdalena

The apartment is very nice with an excellent view and location, the proximity to restaurants, bars and supermarkets makes it very convenient. The area is quite safe. I got around the city with the help of Mr. Ivan, who is very respectful, responsible and honest. When I return to Barranquilla I will not hesitate to make this apartment my first choice, I am very grateful.

Great apartment and Helena was always attentive during our stay. The location is perfect. You can walk to the beach or take a taxi. The staff of the complex are very friendly. I recommend this Airbnb in Santa Marta for family vacations.

Peter’s apartment is a nice place to stay. It’s well maintained, the balcony view is just breathtaking at sunset. It has a lot of places to visit around, a supermarket right at the corner, 24 hrs pharmacy and restaurants across the street, Marina de Santa Marta is just 5 mins walking, same as Malecon and Parque de los novios with a lot of bars and restaurants. Peter was very responsive and attentive, clear instructions to get in and the lobby people were super nice. Thank you

Excellent place, everything is very nice and clean, it has restaurants nearby to eat and you can walk to the beach.

This place was even more beautiful than the photos display. The bathroom and outdoor shower was amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed. The space was open and welcoming. The patio and pool were the perfect place to relax and enjoy the birds and surrounding nature while refreshing in the pool. The hosts were very kind and responsive. The Palomino park, shops and restaurants were just a short walk away. Great location! Highly recommended!

David’s pool house was better than I imagined. Great location he was very responsive to our needs. The staff was fabulous she cleaned daily and she prepared breakfast for us. Highly recommended will rent again once when I return to Barranquilla.

A house to completely disconnect, there is no cell phone signal and the Internet had faults but they fixed it quickly. The people who cook and take care of the house make the stay a unique experience. It has a private beach and the house is very nice. Check-in and check-out weren't easy, but they have someone who picks you up and takes you without any problems, so everything was spectacular! My friends and I would come back a thousand times!

The place is very well designed, cozy, the location was perfect for surfing and resting. Juan José, who lives next door, is in charge of everything and is very willing to help me with whatever I need at any time, very attentive. I felt safe and comfortable. It has a BEAUTIFUL view of the cliff. I'll be back soon, it'll be my official Puerto Colombia Airbnb. I LOVED IT!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great for families and large group of friends. Dinner outside under the lights was magically and enjoyed the breeze from the rooftop pool. The music from the clubs does get a bit loud at night so we just joined them instead 💃🏽 Alana, is an angel and was so helpful throughout our stay. Helping with breakfast and anything we needed throughout the week. Highly recommend staying here. Super close to restaurants, bars and shopping.

Me and my girlfriend needed 2 days to relax before going back home from Colombia, Mairas place offered all we needed, good surroundings, beautiful view of both nature and sea. Local shopping area with really delicious food, everything was great. We will definitely come back if we get the chance.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The home was spotless, and you could tell the host takes great pride in maintaining it. Edward was incredibly attentive and thought of every little detail, making sure we had everything we could possibly need. Our experience was flawless, and to top it all off, the sunset from the private beach was breathtaking. This place truly made our family getaway perfect. Highly recommend!

A great, easy, clean, nice place with incredible views and amazing amenities. There is an easy place across the street for food and the cutest pizza/wine spot a few blocks away. Walkable to Rodadero and a short car ride to Santa Marta- just far enough away to be peaceful. Super easy to get a taxi/uber in a moment’s notice. The building staff is super nice and helpful. The AC is cold and WiFi works well- plan for super hot days to spend your time at the beach, an excursion or in Santa Marta, if you’re working, as electricity is diverted to the main city until 4pm (WiFi/Cell data doesn’t work- cell calls still do). I highly recommend going to the end of Rodadero beach then catching a cheap water taxi to Playa Blanca for the day- bring cash. Will definitely stay again!

The place is beautiful and very comfortable, conveniently located near stores and restaurants. The building offers multiple pools and plenty of entertainment options—honestly, you won’t want to leave! The hosts were also incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Edwin's apartment is as shown in the photos, everything was very clean, it is very well equipped., they helped us with the entrance before the stipulated time, which was great because we were with children. the condominium is very comfortable in its facilities, the pools are wonderful, the coffee bar on the first floor very good, also has a bar on the 19th floor and on the beach, the staff is attentive and helpful. it's a place to recommend and repeat.
