We had a very pleasant time, it is a very quiet building, very close to the beach, with chairs and umbrellas available for those of us who stayed with Paulo, highly recommended.

My experience at this place was simply wonderful. Everything was impeccable: the cleanliness, comfort, service and every detail of the place exceeded my expectations. Communication with the host was smooth and attentive at all times, which made my stay even more peaceful and enjoyable. The location is perfect for resting and disconnecting, with an environment that conveys peace and natural beauty. But undoubtedly, the most special thing was enjoying the sunset from the balcony hot tub... a magical and unique experience, which is worth the entire trip. I would go back without thinking!

Spectacular apartment that felt like home from the beginning. Perfect for kids, exploring outside of the bubble of the resort or just laying around the more than comfortable apartment. Exceptional facilities like the Infinity pool, the maintained and guarded beach and even access to the main irotama resort grounds. Would recommend to anybody thinking about going. We will definitely plan to come back!, Katy was nice and very responsive to our requests, very quiet and peaceful (even the shared areas) which is exactly what we were looking for, the personal were extremely nice, the jacuzzi was great and the instructions easy to follow and clear, the kitchen had everything that you could need and more.. there’s the Zazue mall very close which has all the restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores coffee shops hair salon and more..

The apartment was beautiful and spacious, and even nicer than in the pictures. It was a great stay with really nice amenities and we had everything we needed during our stay. Would recommend this place and stay here again when in Santa Marta.

The house is beautiful, as in the photos, the administrator was very good she helped us with messengers, restaurants, but as for the beach it is far from the house not as proposed in the photos, the commerce is very retired from the house, I recommend the place when it takes its own car, otherwise it becomes a little strenuous to pay for vehicles to go to buy food or when other things are needed, in general everything is super well, I have the house in its very complete interior, comfortable and cozy

We had so much fun at Luz’s place! We did not realize that the home was open to the elements, so just something to be aware of! Another disclaimer is to be careful about telling people where you are staying and when you are leaving. We had a scary situation happen because a driver we used at Tayrona showed up at our place trying to take us to the airport when we already had a ride. Overall, the Airbnb was a very cool experience!

Excellent property! Convenient and comfortable! We couldn't use the TV because it was always out of order and it's the only one in the house, but otherwise everything was fine!

Perfect stay for families! We loved being right on the beach. The sunsets are beautiful. So few people are very quiet there. The pool is also close by which is easy with the kids. The accommodation is very large, the rooms very comfortable. Grocery stores are a bit far away, though. Christina is very responsive when we have questions. Loved our stay and would love to go back. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. The complex has easy access to the beach and several swimming pools including one with a children's park. David’s apartment was the perfect place for our stay — clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was exactly as described, and even better in person. The space felt welcoming and well cared for, with thoughtful touches that made a big difference. The location was great, with easy access to beaches and restaurants, public transit, etc.], and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. David was a fantastic host responsive, friendly, and respectful of our privacy. Highly recommended — I’d definitely stay here again!

Excellent place overall. Very close to the beach while also being quiet and peaceful. Great view and balcony, perfect weekend vacation for a couple. Overall, a 5-star experience and an owner who truly cares and is very responsive. In my opinion, it isn't suitable for 4 people unless 2 of them are under age 10 and ok to sleep on a very small couch and use a very small bathroom. Doormen were very nice, security situation was great, and there are two very good restaurants less than a 5 minute walk away, and about 100 more restaurants within a 15 or 20 minute walk.

I stayed 14 days in Sandra's place, with my mom (over 75) and my sister. Sandra really went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay, and ensure we didn't have any issues. She was super responsive and proactive, we stayed in touch with her during our stay. The apartment itself is perfect! it's spacious and we could stay indoors comfortably. I took a couple of naps on the hammock in the balcony, we cooked many times and the kitchenware is very complete, I didn't miss anything. Even the blender was great to make some mango lassi with the delicious local mangoes. The location is the best: it's got pools, a great gym that we put to good use, the beach is a 7 minute walk, there is a variety of restaurants (my fave is Crepes and Waffles), a pharmacy, and a very complete supermarket just downstairs. I highly recommend this place, and its hosts :) Also, this place is great for guests of any age. And it is a short drive away from more beautiful beaches and boat rides.
