Great hosts, very responsive and understanding. They were able to arrange home cook meals through local village women, and driver to take you around.

Spicy Villa Private Bungalow

MaudRating, 5 stars18 months ago
Joe is a great host. We felt very looked after by everyone and the volunteers who helped. You can add lots of activities to your stay. We went on the hike through farms and jungle and had jungle lunch cooked on the fire by Joe and the other guys. It was the highlight of the trip! The cooking lessons helped with bonding with everyone and felt nice to work together and then eat together. Lovely waterfall a short walk through the rice paddies is a nice place to bathe. Coco the dog and Lili the cat are also so sweet and love hanging out with the guests. The communal area is a nice place to read and talk. Thank you Joe for a fabulous time, we learned so much and loved staying with you. See you in England!

The best Price on the best area!!?

We arrived at the place earlier than expected but the hosts father welcomed us and let us leave our luggages in the place. The location is superb. Near the maya shopping mall, bars, restaurants and 7/11. The room is very spacious and comfy. Will definitely book there again 💗

Cozy cabin๖ in the middle of paddies w/breakfast

ChristianRating, 5 stars1 month ago
What a lovely place! It’s the perfect distance from Pai where it’s quiet but still easily accessible to all the amenities in town. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on my next journey to Pai. The owner and staff are extremely, friendly, helpful, and responsive. The rice fields are beautiful, but my favorite part was the cow, cats, and dogs that live on the property. The cow was a sweetheart and loves bananas. If you’re considering this as your place to stay in Pai, I’d highly recommend!
Two wooden cabins are positioned in a lush green garden, surrounded by trees and mountains. A gravel pathway winds through the grass, leading to decorative landscaping. A bench is visible nearby, providing a space to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings.

Thai wooden house near the pond | Mountain View

KatherynRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We booked for a glorious month. An orchard behind and a grassy area and rice fields in front with 4 houses on the dead end street. Very quiet and so safe. The soundscape of birdsong was heavenly. The kitchen was well designed to properly cook, with the essential equipment, plus a big fridge. Having a moat there’s moving water reflecting off the ceiling in every room. The few things we asked for, Maree quickly saw to, and except for linen changing, let us be. Maree runs an outdoor coffee shop in front of the house 4 days a week which was not busy. No nightclubs are audible and only distant traffic. We loved the huge bed. We bought an extra mosquito net for my paint studio over the picnic table and had ours over the bed, but soon took both down. Moths came near sunset but we had very little bugs otherwise. There is an old rooster next door with a low raspy voice so audible but as low impact as possible. Nearby a couple shops, a water kiosk, otherwise temples, rice fields & teak houses
A gentle stream is visible, flowing over smooth rocks and creating a small waterfall. Surrounded by lush greenery, the tranquil water reflects the natural environment. A wooden staircase leads from the water's edge into the landscape, encouraging exploration of the serene area.

This was an exceptional Airbnb experience. The drive in was beautiful and scenic, a true rural Thailand experience. The place it a magical setting along a river so you get the soothing babbling brook for your entire stay. The whole property is a botanical dream with an extensive collection of local plants. The pets are cute, quiet and friendly. The dinner and breakfast were authentic Thai home cooking in abundance. The host also was thoughtful enough to lead me to the beautiful local waterfall on a hike. She was a delight to spend some time with. Overall, one of my best Airbnb experiences and I’ve travelled extensively.

LaLa's House @Mae On

JoannaRating, 5 stars13 months ago
Our stay at Lala's place was simply fantastic! Located about 40min from Chiang Mai, her home offers the perfect escape from mass tourism. Situated near the best climbing area, with meticulously maintained routes, totaling 209, it's a paradise for climbers. Lala herself is an incredible host, going above and beyond to ensure her guests feel comfortable. With years of experience as a hotel manager, her attention to detail is impeccable. Her father also adds to the wonderful experience, warmly welcoming guests. Our room was cozy, with a spacious terrace overlooking their beautiful garden, filled with various vegetables and flowers. Lala provided great insider tips for activities in the area. Additionally, we were able to rent a motorbike from them at a great price, allowing us to explore even further. We truly had the best time and felt right at home!!!

Snail Dome (SND) : Leafy Greens Chiangmai

AshleyRating, 5 stars8 months ago
We loved our stay here! I traveled solo with my 3 boys, ages 8, 12, and 13 and we all enjoyed this place. It's very well cared for and everyone is very attentive and kind, always smiling and welcoming. Check in was a breeze. We used the laundry machines provided for a very small fee. The air conditioning works great and the bathroom is divine. We walked each morning to the coffee shop at the end of the road... nothing to write home about but very convenient. There's a friendly cat and bunny that come and go. The gardens are very well cared for and very safe. The location requires the use of a Grab or taxi but it's easy for them to find. If traveling with a big group it'd be worthwhile and doable to rent out more listings on the premises! We loved this place and would happily go back again. We didn't utilize the kitchen so I don't have any feedback on how functional it is.

Tree House for ONE person close to city

TubaRating, 5 stars3 months ago
The Treehouse is an absolute dream home for me. Loved waking up with the birds in the morning and falling asleep to the frogs at night. The balcony is incredible. Pure nature. I also liked to use the fitness studio. I will never forget this treehouse because it's unique. It is not a problem to go down to the bathroom. I felt comfortable & slept wonderfully. Thank you for a great experience. Will definitely be back

This is my third visit to Chiang Mai A big memory of this trip in Chiang Mai, this lovely mushroom house Like walking into a fairytale world, hiding in the foliage and winding paths Sunshine through the leaves during the day, bug sniffing at the frogs at night, travelers who love nature will absolutely love The house was not big but it was more than enough for us both Have a full kitchen and even provide free eggs! Just a pity we didn't use to There is a very sweet cat named Tiger who was very welcoming with us for three days I hope to come with my family and friends and stay in this place at a slower pace next time
