The host is very friendly, responsive, the house is very clean and cozy, and prepared children's toiletries, baby dining chairs, and fully equipped with kitchen utensils. The neighborhood is also very safe, quiet and tidy. I highly recommend this place when you come to Chiang Mai.

Great location, walking distance to Nimman One and Maya Shopping Mall, many restaurants around, easy to eat, Tengli Jun Tai North curry rice is very close.

I especially like the common area on the first floor!The lighting and French vintage furniture complement each other perfectly, it's like a photo studio!The kittens were bribed with a cat bar. It was really photogenic. (We stayed in a studio on the first floor and it didn't feel crowded at all. There is a private bathroom ~ Next to it is a super spacious kitchen with all kinds of kitchenware and condiments. The refrigerator and washing machine capacity are also super large. It should be very comfortable for a family to rent an entire house for a long stay ~

We had a great time! Everything was perfect. The location is quiet and walking distance to many things. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the unit had everything we needed.

This home was exactly as described. It’s in a quiet street a walkable distance to great restaurants. Very original setting. Within a home environment.

The accommodation is quiet and peaceful. The house is large and spacious, but it’s quite far from tourist attractions. The entrance to the alley is a bit deep. If distance isn’t an issue, this is definitely a place worth staying. The owner responds quickly.

Great place, huge space, comfortable, clean and conveniently located in Nimman with lots of restaurants, cafes, amenities around. Kannika was a great host, she was extremely responsive and friendly.

We have stayed a number of times in this splendid oasis of greenery and comfort . We are completely safe and at home here, with all the kitchen amenities you could need, a huge living space , an outdoor palapa I convert to a painting studio and maybe the best salt water, deep, beautifully landscaped pool we ever got to use. I cannot recommend this jewel of a place higher or its remarkably generous and thoughtful hosts. The gardener’s work or the neighbouring cabin’s occupant ( a mirror of ours across a lotus pond) will sometimes be audible but it’s very peaceful. San Kampaeng and Bo Sang are enough for us (we rent a scooter), and having some Thai language certainly helps but it’s honestly such a relief to get away from the tourist centric stuff and be in normal Thai culture , with real food and the price locals pay. Getting to buy fresh locally grown fruit and veg is pure heaven, the flavours are so much better than what we get at home. We count on coming back to stay again.

Tolani's place was perfect for our large group to all stay in one compound. street food started just around the corner and easy to hail a tuktuk or taxi from the main road. Ying the maid kept everything fresh and clean during the day and did a great job. would stay here again if I came back to Chiang Mai with a large group

This team's choice of a homestay was beyond expectations, and the stay was fantastic!The homestay is cozy and refined, every detail is full of thought, the room is clean and tidy, the bed is soft and comfortable, and you can wake up to the sound of birds in the garden outside the window every day.The host is very welcoming and considerate, not only to answer our various questions patiently in advance, but also recommended superb food and niche places to visit nearby.Because we are a team, we love that there are multiple gathering places in this villa, and we can not bother each other at the end of the villa, and have their own rooms and bathrooms.We also loved the pool and it was still hot in Chiang Mai when we got around and this pool was really cool.I'm staying in a room on the second floor, so I like the small living room on the second floor and it's comfortable to lay on and play games.Normal travel is also very convenient, because the location is excellent, very close to the night market and the ancient city, you can walk to the night market, everyone in the ancient city is quick to play a bolt, the next time I have the opportunity to come to Chiang Mai again, I will definitely choose this place, highly recommended for large families or people traveling on the team, really great value for money.

The Cyngam Resort is a truly unique place to stay and experience the delights of Chiang Mai. Whilst it’s in a pretty rural setting it’s still only 20 mins via Grab taxi and a 25 minute walk to local restaurants and shops. I’d describe the accommodation as ‘shabby chic’ full of rustic charm and character. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, spacious and comfortable although we did experience some noises in a couple of the bedrooms from the pool filter. We also experienced recurring problems with the hot water to the showers although the fantastic Aor and her team did their very best to resolve the problems as best they could. In fact, the biggest positive of the resort was the friendliness of the staff and the hospitality and support given during our stay and also via prompt communication before our arrival in helping us to plan our week. I would definitely recommend Cyngam for those looking for a unique way to stay in Chiang Mai

This stay was excellent, the hosts are very friendly and super helpful with local recommendations. The location of the AirBnB is in a private area away from busy roads. The pool was clean and easily accessible. There is a 7/11 about 0.4 miles from the property and a larger shopping area about 1 mile away. Be sure to ask the hosts about the local night time markets and restaurants. They are very knowledgeable about the area. Overall a great place to stay if you want to be a ways out of the main city.

Excellent experience. House comes with a cleaner and you get beers and water frequently refilled for free. Also if you want a tour they can arrange it for you with good vans and drivers. As mentioned by others it is about 30 minutes away from Chiang Mai Old Town, but you can get there with Grab Taxi’s. Also I was expecting a more jungle like experience but the villa is next to a busy road with a lot of noise in the morning. You can hear planes landing also. Finalky, the house smells damp and can use a little upgrade / attention to detail. However, it was a really big lovely place, we have had great advise and there is a very nice local place called Namthoeng Cafe nearby. In the afternoon we loved to just hang out near the pool, all quiet. So yes it’s a five star experience!

Overall, the vacation went well. There were minor problems, but they exist almost everywhere. 1. The kitchen is convenient, but there is not enough modern utensils and plumbing and hot water (only for the kitchen) - fatty food is poorly washed off with barely warm water. 2. There is hot water, the water pressure is weak, the plumbing is outdated. 3. Internet is fast enough, ~300 mbps 4. The TV is excellent. 5. Air conditioners cool very well. 6. The washing machine works well. 7. Not enough space for hanging bed linen. 8. 7/11 is far, 20-30 minutes on foot, on the way there are dogs that can scare you. 9. At the end of the vacation, construction began nearby - very noisy in the mornings (this is temporary, of course) 10. There is a household with roosters in the neighborhood - they can be very nerve-racking when you want to sleep peacefully.

We loved our stay here! I traveled solo with my 3 boys, ages 8, 12, and 13 and we all enjoyed this place. It's very well cared for and everyone is very attentive and kind, always smiling and welcoming. Check in was a breeze. We used the laundry machines provided for a very small fee. The air conditioning works great and the bathroom is divine. We walked each morning to the coffee shop at the end of the road... nothing to write home about but very convenient. There's a friendly cat and bunny that come and go. The gardens are very well cared for and very safe. The location requires the use of a Grab or taxi but it's easy for them to find. If traveling with a big group it'd be worthwhile and doable to rent out more listings on the premises! We loved this place and would happily go back again. We didn't utilize the kitchen so I don't have any feedback on how functional it is.

We stayed on this place for 1 month. In several, we liked it all. Rapee is a very likeable and nice host. The things (iron, vacuum cleaner etc) that we were missing, Rapee got us right away. He was also helpful in other things (medical advice). The only thing we missed very much was the mosquito nets on the windows. Thank you and all the best!

At Prin's temple of tranquility you can share your morning coffee with the birds and the butterflys. Prin's is a small oasis of serenity in the middle of bustling Chiang Mai. Prin is a top professional property manager He lives onsite so he is always available for any problems or questions. Restaurants and 7-11 all nearby. I can't wait to come back!!!

I have stayed here many times and this time again I am impressed. The location is very good, the house is clean, the owner is very helpful, replies to messages very quickly, the convenience of a mini mart is just in front of the house, you can walk there. Thank you, I will stay again if I come to Chiang Mai.

Living on a rooftop is a pretty interesting experience and we enjoyed our stay here. The rooftop is pretty spacious with a lot of outdoor space to just chill and enjoy the sun and the stars. The place is in a great location for people like us that want to stay in a quiet neighborhood but still close to the Old City.

Our stay at Youdin Kindee was the best we had in Thailand, so far. The wonderful host, Ranee and her son Titan, as well as Jo the smiley house keeper made us feel right at home from the first moment. They were super friendly, helpful and just lovely people in general. The art and adobe buildings are beautiful and inspiring, as is the amazing surrounding view. The children learned to fish, feed the animals and were free to roam the grounds and play, swim in the pool and just enjoy. Lastly, Youdin Kindee was a wonderful place for a much needed rest and healing time from Chiang Mai city. We appreciate the farm so much! And will forever cherish our experience there.
