Stayed here for a baseball tournament and it was perfect! Had everything we needed, great location, beautiful location, clean and overall a 5 star stay!

Tracy's beautiful luxury cabin exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed walking around the pristine lake, starting our day in the hot tub, cooking in the evening and enjoying meals with family. The cabin is close to Bend and to beautiful nature sites. Thank you for a peaceful and memorable stay in your cabin in the pines.

This was our second stay. Serene and peaceful back yard with lovely water feature; perfect for dogs. Cozy rustic cabin with lots of extras, feels like home. Great supply of books and movies. Seamless check in process, use of garage so the car doesn’t have to stand in heat or cold. Thank you and we hope to be back!

We had an amazing time at this home—it was perfect for our stay! Everything was exactly as described (if not better). The house was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. The whole space felt welcoming. The location was ideal—close to everything we wanted to explore, yet quiet and peaceful when we wanted to relax. Communication with the host was seamless; they were responsive, helpful, and clearly cared about making our stay great. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

My husband and I loved staying here at Anne's place! It was roomy for just the two of us, but could have easily fit another couple and maybe a couple of kids. We loved being able to use the two bikes provided and access to the pool and hot tub. It was nice that it wasn't in the main Sunriver area so it wasn't as busy or crowded, but it was still close to food trucks, a market and a few stores. The condo does get a little warm, but the fans really helped. We would love to stay here again.

Jordan's place was just as described and was the perfect house for our annual girl's trip. Even though it was just my girlfriends and I, the house could have easily accommodated more people/families. Huge rooms, great location, fantastic hot tub and well stocked. My friends and I appreciated how spacious the space was. It was just what we needed for our weekend getaway and I would definitely recommend Jordan's place.

Very responsive and helpful when needed assistance. We were able to drop off our bags before the check in without hassle

Everything was perfect as expected. The space was quiet but close to everything! Took a bike into the downtown area which was an added bonus. Would stay again!

Karen was a gracious and welcoming host who may our visit wonderful! We greatly appreciated her flexibility with our check-out time. It was especially helpful after my spouse ran the marathon the day prior. Also, the fact that she provided a pack ‘n play (in great condition!) for our 2-year-old made our travels so much easier (and literally lighter!!) Thank you, Karen! We highly recommend staying at her place.

We had a great stay here! The place was in a very walkable neighborhood with easy access to the river, parks, and trails. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The bed is in a loft space accessed by a steep ladder -- no problem for our stay, just something to be aware of.

We loved our stay! This was the perfect place for our family to celebrate Mother’s Day. The home had everything we needed and more. There were so many unique touches that we really enjoyed. We were also close to town and had bikes for the whole family. We will absolutely be back.

Arthur and Chaney’s place was accommodated our large family very comfortably. The place was homey, inviting and room for us to spread out. The beds were comfortable. The kids loved the bikes and the boys played basketball. We will certainly stay again when in the area would highly recommend for other large parties.

Fantastic place super close to Old Mill district. Calm and peaceful neighborhood, great for walks. The owner does an amazing job with the place, provides a lot of goodies and helpful items. Our stay was great. Highly recommend.

My mom, dad and I stayed with our 3 small pets and were very pleased with the house, location, and how Stephanie was very quick to respond if we had any questions! For sure a good place to stay again 💗

We had a great time here with our family trip. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and lots of room for all of us. The kids liked the foosball table and we enjoyed the proximity to paths and the river. We used the tubes and life jackets to float and played some pickleball. The TV doesn't have cable/channels so bring your own streaming device - we were prepared for this and brought ours to catch some Olympics in our down time and when AQI got too high outside. This was a much more reasonably priced house than most in and around the Sunriver area, but still good proximity to pickleball/tennis, river, and small but clean pool. Lots of deer in the yard each day and lots of big fluffy bunnies hopping around. We would stay here again.

This was our 2nd stay at Fran's place and we just love it here. We really like having the 1.5 bathrooms. The condo is very well equip with everything you need for your stay. We used the pool and hot tub. There were plenty of pool chairs and it wasn't crowded at all. Fran provides the pool towels as well. We feel right at home when we stay here.

This was a great house for a family vacation in SunRiver. The kids loved the game room and the house was cozy.

A perfect spot for our first family trip to Sunriver! We loved the location of this home, with easy access (by bike, on foot, or by car) to the restaurants and pools of Sunriver. Interior of the home is spotless and tastefully decorated. Everything we needed for cooking, entertainment, games and relaxation was provided. Would definitely come back. Thanks!

Although we didn't use the garage facilities it was great that he had all the games to play. Liked the choice of bikes. Liked the fact he had basketballs and discs even though we didn't get to play. Maybe fix the kitchen aerator. I couldn't find the instructions to the pellet stove, but really didn't need it. Good trip, good weather, saw a lot of our relatives who live around here. Enjoyed the home.

Highly recommend staying here. Clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, lots of towels, variety of bed options, and beautiful setting. These were probably the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in at an anir bnb. Easy access to trails. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Perfect size cabin for our annual girls snowshoe weekend (four of us). Geoffrey covered the BBR guest registration fees, we just had to check-in, and were able to enjoy all the amenities BBR has too. Great location!
