We loved this place! Comfortable and cool and clean, it is the perfect size for two people with a nice king size bed! The neighborhood is beautiful and we loved being able to walk to dinner and bookstores and coffee. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in town.

We stayed a few days and everything was fine. The hosts are really responsive and friendly. When we first walked in, the first thing I noticed was how fresh and clean the place looked and smelled. The bed was comfy and our daughter had zero complaints about the sofa bed. The location was very quiet and close by to all the places we wanted to visit. (All within 15-30 minutes away). We would definitely stay here again at our future stays in Nashville!

This was a phenomenal Airbnb! The place was just like the photos. It was very comfortable and private. We loved being able to walk to restaurants. We also loved the coffee shop and bakery that were only a few minutes away! Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed at the cottage for 3 nights and we were so pleased! We are night shifters and hopped on a plane right after work so we were exhausted. Heather was very accommodating and was nice enough to let us check in early for a much needed nap (on that glorious mattress). The location is great; less than a 30 minute drive from both downtown nashville and franklin, and about a mile away from the famous loveless cafe. The cottage itself was charming and cozy and had all the amenities you would need. Definitely recommend taking a bath if you get a chance-the water gets so hot which is perfect! The room darkening shades were very effective and the heater/AC kick in real quick. We didn’t communicate with Heather much because everything was great and we didn’t run into any issues, but she was very responsive during the check in process and we knew she was a text away. We hope to come back to enjoy the beautiful property again!

Julian’s place was a perfect little place for me and my wife on our recent trip to Nashville. Had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. There was also a sweet backyard with deck where we hung out one sunny afternoon. Easy walking to record store, coffee shop, dinner, and new local honky tonk!

We had a great time staying at Amy's place in 12 South. The location is great for anyone that would like to explore the 12 South area, or take a quick ride downtown.

We could not have asked for better hosts, a better location and a more comfortable stay. It’s a beautiful neighborhood, close to everything, and yet very private, quiet and safe. Our hosts gave us outstanding recommendations, we wasted no time settling in, and I’m not sure I’ve ever slept in a more comfortable bed. I slept so soundly. Lori and her husband are kind, cool and we felt like locals. Did pretty much everything they recommended. The place is super cool, plenty of room for a couple. We could tell by the things they had in the place for us that they are very thoughtful cool people. Perfect, I highly recommend if you like privacy and the neighborhood vibe, nice knowledgeable hosts and an extremely comfy bed. We’ll be back & many thanks.

This place was awesome! Peaceful and so cute ! We took our son so he could see Nashville. It’s not far! I’m a professional Acrylic artist and just setting outside of this place inspired me so much I was able to paint! If we ever come back to Nashville we will stay here again!

Could not recommend better hosts than Candice & Matt—in addition to the beautiful space in a great neighborhood! The accommodations were on point—clean, modern, with just enough touches to feel right at home but no clutter to distract from the space and the stay. Parking instructions were as clear and easy as getting into and out of the unit with the keyless lock system. The neighborhood was quiet, with minimal traffic, near where a series of roads end at a golf course/park—but just a few blocks walk (down beautiful, porch lined streets) from lively corners and a happening district. Finally, Matt and Candice were wonderful, exemplary Airbnb hosts: responsive to questions via text and the app, totally unobtrusive, yet incredibly friendly and great to chat with when encountered. This space represent a high water mark as to how well one of these operations can be run, top to bottom; and will be our first choice of where to stay whenever visiting East Nashville.

Staying at The Retreats at South Water Manor was an absolutely fabulous experience. Extraordinary attention to detail in renovating this warm and historic little building. Beautifully curated with luxurious furnishings. Such a comfortable bed too! More spacious and stunning than the photos can portray. Breakfast at The Bistro just steps away was a very pleasant surprise and the little shops at The Manor added an extra treat. Heather is a warm, engaging, responsive host. I will return again and again and again.

We had a great stay at the Carriage House! Perfect size for two of us, cozy, charming, and clean! Great location, we loved walking to restaurants on 12 South and found a great running route! Will definitely stay again!

This was the perfect spot for a weekend trip. Everything was exactly as it was pictured or mentioned. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The shower was amazing, hot and perfect pressure. This place exceeded my expectations. The host was very responsive and friendly! 10/10 recommend!

This Airbnb is in the perfect location, it’s in a private, quiet neighborhood, but it’s located a perfect 10 minutes from the city, and you can walk a short distance to some local cafes/ restaurants. The Airbnb was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed and there were many bathroom necessities available. 10/10 experience!

This place was great, especially if you have a student at Belmont. Super close to Broadway and 12th street. Clean and the sofa bed is one of the most comfortable sofa beds I’ve ever slept on.

We absolutely loved our stay at Christiane’s place! The location was just incredible and the unit was perfect. It is much bigger than it looks in the photos and was very comfortable for 4 adults. Every time we visit Nashville we go to 12 South and have to drive around looking for parking, and during peak times it can be extremely difficult to find anything but everything was in walking distance from the Airbnb which was amazing! Comfortable beds and the kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed. We cannot wait to come back!!

We had a wonderful stay at Irena’s place. It was spotless and very comfortable. Irena was an exceptional host: quick to respond, thoughtful, and always available to help with any questions we had. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. We would gladly return and highly recommend her place to anyone looking for a comfortable and seamless stay.

This was a nice, relaxing stay. It was just as described. It is in a peaceful, wooded area which we found to be a perfect way to spend the weekend. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The host was very organized. There is a guest book with very detailed instructions and suggestions.

We were delayed in arriving due to heavy rain on our drive. No problems getting there a little later. this is our second time staying here and is a very nice accommodation. We have family near by and we're able to walk to visit them. We felt safe at all time of day in the neighborhood. Very clean, comfortable and lovely place to stay.

This Airbnb might be one of the best ones we’ve ever stayed in. The hosts thought of everything so many amazing small details from first aid kits to bobby pins and hair ties. There was nothing they didn’t think of. They left snacks and water and a very sweet note would definitely stay here again also bonus it’s in a great neighborhood very walkable to restaurants and boutiques. Bonus even though it’s in a great neighborhood it is super quiet and safe.

We enjoyed the highly walkable neighborhood just ten minutes from our show at Basement East. I’d stay again for future shows in a heartbeat!
