Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Madison, Nashville

Our family of four really enjoyed staying at Lisa's place. From the moment we walked into the unit, we felt right at home. The condo is thoughtfully furnished and decorated and the beds are super comfortable. The building amenities are also fantastic. The pool and outdoor sitting area are viewable from the condo windows, which is nice when keeping an eye on the teens : ) Lisa was very friendly and proactive, ensuring we had all necessary information to get into the unit without any issues. We would stay here again!

Host was very responsive and helpful. Location was great it’s just a few blocks from the arena, Broadway, country music hall fame and many other attractions.

Carlos listing was an absolute treasure of a spot. Close enough for business and the excitement on Broadway of downtown Nashville. Best part was the peace and quiet at night. Not to mention the complimentary coffee and snacks for the week. Absolutely the best and hopefully schedule with Carlos in the fall. Thank you Johnny Garcia

The place was amazing! Jenni was quite literally the best Airbnb host we have ever had. Super responsive and incredibly accommodating! We felt right at home and were so comfortable, the gym and other amenities were also wonderful. 10/10 would stay again, in fact, we booked another stay on our way out.

Austin welcomed us and made us feel at home. The tour of Dark Horse studios and the stunning facilities was incredible. Thank u for an amazing stay!

We had a great stay at Leland's apartment. It was clean, bright, comfie and extremely convenient. We ate at the pizza place in the front yard (very tasty), saw a concert a block away and walked to get coffee in the morning. Wish we would have had time to visit the pinball place! I would definitely stay here again with 2-3 people.

Had a great stay at Michael’s place in Nashville. He was extremely responsive and communicative throughout the booking and stay, which made everything super smooth. The listing was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and the photos matched perfectly. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in town!

Nice neighborhood. Very family oriented, considering it's right down the street from the college. Our dog was safe in the back yard. House was very clean, smelled nice, modern furniture, big bathroom shower and a fully loaded kitchen(all sorts of appliances). Places to eat near by were walking distance and the downtown area was just a hop, skip and a jump away. This home is in a very convenient location. We were very pleased with our stay.

Spent a week in the appartment with my family. A lot of board games, pool table etc. 30 Minutes from Broadway. Matthew was always responding real quick to my questions and also helped us print tickets for a show.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location could not be beat especially if you know what you are looking for the East Nashville area. Thanks for having us we had a very memorable weekend

Matthew's place is stunning and extremely comfortable and suitable for family or friend trip. Matthew was extremely helpful and communicative- he even went to the house to ensure the lights were on and we had no issues accessing, given our flight was extremely delayed and we got in at 2am. The location is in an industrial part of town that is becoming quite trendy but definitely not in the middle of the action- 30 min walk / 10 min Uber to Broadway. There is a fabulous Cafe 2 mins away which is worth a visit.

Dana and Jonathan are fantastic hosts. From before our stay until after we checked out, they were helpful, communicative, and very responsive to any needs and requests. I am allergic to artificial scents, so they washed the sheets and towels in unscented detergent and removed the air fresheners before we got there. It was much appreciated! The beds are extremely comfortable, as other guests have mentioned, and the living room was a cozy place to snuggle in and watch some TV. The kitchen was fully stocked and perfect for cooking. We had one small issue while we were there, a noisy neighbor, and the hosts remedied it within the hour (and we did not have the problem again while we were there). Amazing! The backyard was a wonderful place to drink coffee in the mornings and spend some restful time in the afternoons. We will definitely stay here again if we return to the area. Thank you for being such great hosts.

Amazing stay! Elijah was a wonderful host and the checkin & checkout process was so easy and informative. The place itself was clean, well designed, and had so many amazing features. It says a lot about an Airbnb when the group has just as much fun hanging out there as they do going out and exploring the city! Conveniently located with easily walkable attractions nearby (grocery store, cafes, restaurants), but also a quick drive to Broadway and downtown Nashville. The photo walls, karaoke machine and theatre room were huge hits with our group and really made our stay awesome. I’ll be keeping Elijah’s place in mind next time I’m in Nashville!

Ryan and Sarah were great hosts! They made wonderful recommendations on places to eat and things to do. They were quick to respond and even made a house call to replace something. We were extremely pleased with the home and its amenities. The outdoor area was very nice. This is a great getaway for couples, families, and friends. It’s a short uber ride to dt and the Gulch. Our favorite restaurant, Noko, was a 3 minute drive and our favorite coffee place, Ugly Mugs, only 5 minutes from the house.

Loved the pool set up! Easy drive to Nashville for a couple days we did down there yet far enough away that we were very secluded. My husband, father, and brother-in-law loved being right on the lake to fish.! There are multiple deer that visited us on the property and we saw a few eagles as well

Our stay exceeded expectations! The condo was perfect for our group, with plenty of space and every amenity we could ask for. Heather has gone above and beyond as an Air BnB host, both in her design and preparation of the space, and her support in answering questions before our trip. Would highly recommend, and will definitely stay here again when we come back to Nashville!

If you’ve ever dreamed of a vacation surrounded by the soothing sounds of trains at all hours, this Airbnb delivers! Who needs peace when you can be rocked to sleep by freight trains? Midnight train enthusiasts will feel at home! The atmosphere outside is lively, with a bustling sea of homeless individuals adding spice to your stroll downtown. Forget about packing snacks; you’ll have opportunities to test your social skills in this vibrant community! Parking is first come, first serve, and be prepared to pay for it—part of the experience! A smartphone is a must to access the building. On the bright side, the gated community offers security, and guests can enjoy a nice pool and gym area to relax! The house was clean, and Melissa was very responsive. Earplugs are provided to help with the ambiance! If you enjoy late-night train concerts, urban reality, and the thrill of hunting for parking, this spot is perfect for you! Just remember to bring your sense of humor!

From start to finish, Wendy was a wonderful host. Her response time was very fast and she was super clear. The place was gorgeous and a wonderful view! We had trouble with loud guests right above us but the building security was really supportive and helped take care of the rowdy guests. One direction leaving the building was a bit sketchy, a lot of homeless people (during daylight hours), but we always walked with a few of us and nobody ever bothered us. We would definitely come back!!

We had a great stay in Nashville. The place was beautiful and Chris was very responsive. The train didn’t bother us as some of the other reviews said. There was a sound machine and I’m sure that’s why. We did have a bit of trouble getting in at first. I wasn’t familiar with the Latch app but Chris called me via FaceTime and walked me through it. The only parking that was free was street parking. We found it right out front on the first day but then it was harder. There is a mission down the street so walking to the place at night made me a little uncomfortable with the amount of homeless people out there but there were also so many others around that it was completely fine during the day. Just the night made me nervous because we had kids with us. Overall I would highly recommend this place. Chris was a wonderful host.

After reviewing many locations, we chose this spot because previous guest had written great reviews AND the HOST was incredibly responsive and friendly. She answered all of our questions and provided great detail and made us feel confident in our decision to rent. The entire process was so easy. The Host took great care in the accommodations, providing fun QR codes with information on activities within 1 mile of the property. The building was secure, and even though it was located quite close to the train and a shelter area, we still felt quite safe. The noise level was not a problem, but if it had been, they had provided little jars full of earplugs, but again, it was not an issue. The beds were super comfortable, and the entire condo was bright and full of color. The condo was located on the 2nd Floor which provided easy access to the Gym, Lounge, extra bathrooms and pool. HIGHLY RECOMMEND This Property if you are planning a trip to Nashville. Will stay here again!

This place was not only beautiful and fun but also in a great location in walking distance to Broadway and other fun Nashville attractions.

Great location! Coffee shop right up the street! Short walk to Broadway Orlando was wonderful he responded so fast and was extremely helpful! You need a code to get on the elevators and a gated parking garage so it felt very safe The door was difficult to lock from the outside, like when we left the room! But once you figure it out it’s simple! Overall absolutely fabulous! Worth the cost!!!

The space was beautiful. Everything there was well thought out including the wonderful coffee grounds left by Tara. Check in and checkout was easy and well described. We left a suit hanging during the family packing and thankfully received a call from Tara before making it to the airport. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.
