I stayed here for a Climing trip and it was as perfect. Stunning location, close to the lake and easy access to travel out. Very peaceful and nice location. Friendly locals and shops within a few steps. I couldn’t have picked a better spot and I will absolutely stay here again. Amazing hosts, very clear information and they have thought of so many small things that make the stay easy like a washing machine and coffee machine ready to use. The parking pass is a huge bonus as you can use it on your travels in most areas. True 5* place and 5* hosts. Thanks for having me

Our stay at Carla’s was fantastic. The property offers a breathtaking view, with the lake, mountains, and sunsets creating a truly unforgettable backdrop. Experiencing it all from the comfort of the balcony made it even more special. The added amenities like the pool and jacuzzi were a perfect touch—super relaxing and just what we needed.

We had a wonderful stay at Petrica's lovely apartment! It was spacious, extremely clean, and had everything we needed for a very comfortable visit. The parking space was a huge plus, making it easy to come and go. We felt right at home throughout our stay, and the host was incredibly responsive, generous, kind, thoughtful and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway. Would definitely stay again! It is the best place we have ever stayed.

Great stay in a spotless studio, peaceful and very easy to access. The accommodation is tastefully decorated and everything is planned and ready upon arrival. Even our little dog had a very nice basket and very nice bowls! Huw and his wife are very welcoming, charming hosts with good advice and take the time to answer any questions. We look forward to a chance to return in the future.

Pleasant cottage in a wonderfully quiet location with beautiful views. The house has all the comforts. It is perfect for dogs, who can walk freely. The nearest house is at 100m and there was no one the entire time we were there.

It is an absolutely beautiful house, perfectly equipped, super clean and tidy. The location is extremely quiet, you have to walk a little and cannot park directly at the house, not even to unpack. You should keep that in mind. But once you arrive, it's a dream. The view and the whole outdoor area is incredible, the pool is perfectly refreshing and the many seating areas offer the ideal place for every moment and every meal. The kitchen could not be better equipped, there was nothing missing. The house is very modern, the beds are comfortable, it is not noisy and you have many places to retreat to. In addition, the communication with Ute was impeccable, very friendly, with many tips on the surroundings. We were thrilled and would come back any time.

Carmen's home was amazing. The house is clean, tidy and we found everything we needed. The house is located in a corner and immediately in front of the lake and it was very pleasant to take a walk in the morning on the lake in complete tranquility. The room where there is a sauna and jacuzzi gave us the feeling of being on another zen planet and we enjoyed it so much! Super recommended!

Giuseppe's place was perfect for our group of 12, offering plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. The beds were incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful stay. The location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, gelato shops, and grocery stores within walking distance, and the ferry is just a short stroll away. One of the best features was the hot tub, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The upstairs patio also offered beautiful views and a great space for meals, but the hot tub definitely made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic week here. beautiful views from the balcony. Short walk into town and supermarket. So much to do, a place we'll never forget. Far enough out of the centre for quiet and close enough to pop in for a Gelato. Many walking paths around and views. Very friendly and helpful host, always around never intrusive. A great place to stay.

Beautiful place. We really wanted a peaceful spot with beautiful views and got exactly that. The house is up in the mountains above Lenno with access to good restaurants but it was a challenging walk from town. Recommend getting a car and taxis are not consistent. We would go back to the area and back to the same house.

Dominic and his father are kind, respectful and considerate. We exchanged ideas on where to hike and what to wear even though we are busy. I’m thankful to have the time to stay in the Aeblis’ house. It has everything you need: dishwasher, washer, hot shower and numerous heaters, for the WC to the bedroom. For me I sleep cool, so the heater in the toilet is enough for warmth on most days; sometimes I use my headlights just because I want to “set the mood”. The bed, pillow and blankets are very comfortable. The living room is always toasty due to the floor heating. Windows are modern and you can’t hear the highway noise when shut. If you have lived in a modern hutte like Kesch, then that's what you can expect + stable internet from router. It is also much less “touristy” or crowded on the way there than Valais, i very much appreciate that. Hope to have the chance to swing by again and accomplish routine hikes!

We had an amazing week at Charlotte’s place in Musso. We had my birthday breakfast on the terrace and the backdrop was truly stunning. The view of the lake is unbelievable. Charlotte was very easy to communicate with, very responsive and sent someone immediately to sort out an issue we had with one of the radiators - literally within half an hour! We found the beds comfy, and the whole house had lots of lovely linen throws and cushions, the kitchen was well equipped and easy to work in. We were six people and it would have been nice to have another comfy chair in the lounge area - we used a wicker chair from the landing. The traffic noise is mentioned in other reviews but although it would be nice to get rid of it, it really didn’t impact our enjoyment. There is only one road around the lake and you can’t get the view without it! We found it to be well positioned for what we wanted to do and will use again when we return to Como.

An all-round recommended accommodation: Top location: breathtaking view of the lake • quiet but still only 5 minutes to the ferry port and to a small supermarket • 10 minutes' walk to the center of Menaggio • many good restaurants in Menaggio, one of them only 3 minutes' walk from the property • several hiking routes directly accessible from the apartment • Menaggio is also very suitable as a starting point for excursions by boat or car Top amenities: There was nothing missing. Everything clean and we felt very comfortable. Part of a residential complex of about 20 residential units, partly private apartments of Italians, partly commercial apartments. The pool was still closed in April, it seemed as if the area was being renovated, so it is certainly a good added value in the summer. Top hosts: Stefania was always easily accessible and very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Highly recommend this fantastic luxury apartment. It is private, quiet, with a short 10 min walk to the ferries, shops, and restaurants. Perfect get away to relax after a day in the cute Lake Como towns (e.g., Bellagio). Check in was easy and seamless despite our delayed arrival time. Everything in the apartment worked perfectly. Those of you that need strong AC this is the apartment for you with individual thermostats in each room. We enjoyed the patio's view of the lake and mountains each morning and evening. The sunrise was spectacular. Only wish we had more time to spend there. We will return for sure. Special thanks to Debra's daily check- ins and her concierge services! Very fresh and good accommodation with very nice and helpful host. Domaso is a small and quiet village, a good restaurant right across the street, more within a short distance. Operated main street directly outside but the home itself still protected. Nice pool, good beach and swimming in river in walking distance.

It was a brilliant vacation at Enrico's place. No words can express our satisfaction. I loved the simple yet fully equiped place. We felt at home. Enrico is very friendly, nice and welcoming host who loves to help his guests. The route uphill is superb. You'd love just going up and down the hill to enjoy the stunnig views of lake Lugano. 10 mins away you'd reach the balcon of italy with amazing view to Lugano and Switzerland. just 10 meters away there is a very good restaurant in case you felt hungry. Thanks Enrico for the short time here and I would definitely recommend the place to everyone and should come here again and again.

Fiona was a great host. The apartment was stocked with everything you could need and she gave us some great instructions and recommendations. The place is a very steep hill do remember that if you’re planning on walking. We had a great stay and highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment and a view over Lake Como that was just wonderful! The apartment was spotlessly clean and well stocked with everything needed and a welcome pack waiting for us when we arrived. It is a bit of a climb to get there, either by a steep driveway or some stairs but it’s SO worth it when you look out over the water first thing in the morning and sit down to breakfast with such a stunning view. It all looks exactly like it does in the pictures. Our hosts were very helpful and approachable and answered all queries promptly. Bellano is a fantastic wee town with great train and ferry links and friendly people. We loved it here.
