Very nice welcome, we had a lovely time with Miahoua and her little daughter who is particularly adorable. She is a warm and caring host. We immediately feel "at home". We recommend it 100%, plus the place is just beautiful.

Thank you for the great time. Apart from the driveway, everything was great. The outdoor and indoor kitchens are superbly equipped, the saltwater pool is clean, there is a small private lake access. The view will take your breath away. The accommodation is relatively remote, so the city is not so super fast within walking distance. There were 7 of us and we are all super satisfied and would love to come back :)

The house is very quiet and lulled by the sound of the river. The excellent bedding contributes to the restful nights we spent in the rooms with a great view. The impeccable and spacious garden, the barbecue and the tavern won us over. We had an amazing stay! Thank you Fabrizio!

The place really is a small paradise and it provides everything you need. The host is very friendly and always helpful. We enjoyed our stay there to its fullest and can only recommend it. The view on the lake is breathtaking and the garden underlines a feeling of harmony as well as mystical atmosphere. The restaurant nearby is also quite recommendable. We were seven adults with two dogs in Erika's house and felt very comfortable. The garden is completely fenced so that the dogs could run freely. Two cars fit in the driveway without problems - and with the location of the house you can reach almost everything on foot. Erika is super nice and helpful. She immediately made us feel welcome! The house has everything you need. The beds "in the children's room" may be a little too small for large Nordmen :D But otherwise we really enjoyed the stay and would be happy to come back. All the best for the season!

The villa is absolutely spectacular. It's very peaceful, comfortable, and properly equipped. Our family enjoyed our stay here. We would also highly recommend to taste delicious dishes offered by one of the neighbors.

We had an absolutely fantastic holiday in this authentic villa and definitely hope to visit again in the future. The setting is wonderful with amazing views and beautiful garden. The villa is just as the photos show with its ‘old world’ charm with the benefit of modern air conditioning to use during hot weather. The swimming pool was a fabulous addition during the hot weather too and to relax in and beside the pool overlooking Lake Como was magical. Another real bonus was the private garage to park our car, however please note that if your car is long it may only just fit. We have a Peugeot 508 estate car and it fitted with 1cm to spare! Giovanni and his son Christian are great hosts. When we had some queries on arrival they answered our questions quickly. The village of Moltrasio was beautiful, we loved our time there exploring the old streets and sampling the delicious food at the local cafes and restaurants. The locals were so friendly and welcoming to us and our dog too.

The house was gorgeous inside and outside. The view was even better than I thought. Very quiet and peaceful. The host was very helpful and responsive. The lift was helpful for me and husband so we didn’t have to go up and down the steps. The only thing I didn’t know about was the house was very close to other houses. I thought it was more seculuded. I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at the villa for a week after Easter and had great weather! The children are hopped daily in the heated pool while we were able to enjoy our cafe and especially the fantastic view. You have absolute privacy and feel very comfortable. Ms. Bannwart, who manages the house, gave us some good restaurants tips at the beginning and she was immediately available for questions. We highly recommend a stay!

Our stay on Lake Como was amazing. From the moment we were greeted by Simona until the moment we checked out, we felt at home in this beautiful property. We were able to swim right from the back of the house. Everything inside was perfect and it was a close drive to Varenna and the ferry to Bellagio and Mennagio. What made our stay truly special was the amazing way were treated by Simona. She was so welcoming and offered many great recommendations. She did everything possible to make sure our stay was one of a kind. A beautiful house is great but having a beautiful person like Simona be your host is even better. Thanks again for giving my family a wonderful experience!!!

Beautiful villa in Varenna. Very close to ferry dock and short walk from train station. Awesome views and short walk to town center with restaurants. Very comfortable for family of 5. Host was very responsive. Would definetly stay there again.

We had a lovely stay in Oliveta Laria. I can't say enough good things about Marzia. She communicated well from the time of reservation through check-out and beyond. The house is beautiful, magnificent view and very private. Believe what she says about the driveway!! It is very steep and windy. Smaller cars much better. We had a large van and it was intimidating. The path through the woods to the town was nice. We would definitely rent from Marzia again!!

Our stay in Nesso was absolute heaven. The pictures of Hester's home didn't do it justice. It really is a special place and all six of us were absolutely charmed by the warmth of the people and the beauty of Lake Como. We felt so lucky to be steps from the Nesso bridge and we enjoyed swimming and jumping from the bridge every day. It was very easy to take the ferry from Nesso (which is also steps away) to Bellagio. Our host, Dem, works at the bar up the hill and was so kind and responsive to all our questions. We loved having drinks at Dem's and at Bar Las Cascata (up the stairs). Giadi's two market locations are great for grabbing some essentials to make lovely breakfasts and dinners. We experienced la dolce vita at this home and spent our last day happily lounging in the garden, taking a swim and making wonderful meals. We will be back.

Erica was flexible and available for our every need and request. He welcomed us in person and guided us to this beautiful house all restored and connects an ancient-modern contrast that makes us dream. The house has everything that can be useful for both cooking and organizing a nice lunch. The rooms are super cozy and spacious: in 11 we were very comfortable. As described, the temperature inside the house is 18°, but it may seem lower given the dispersal and low outdoor temperatures in January. The hot water seemed to disappear from the shower for a few seconds/minute, but come back with a shut-off and reopen. ANYWAY, we had a great time! Like at home and in this wonderful space that we definitely recommend for a getaway, a weekend in the mountains and with friends. Thank you Erica!

Very clean environment and with every comfort. It's like feeling at home. I enjoyed everything... from the soft and fragrant linens, to the terrace where it's a show to eat, to the pool to cool off. Katiuscia's dad set up umbrellas and deck chairs for us every morning. The place is very relaxing and is a strategic point for reaching beautiful places to visit. Thanks for hosting! :-)

Very special house! Original. Lots of art in the house. Stunning views. All the facilities available Clean. Quiet village. Pool was lovely given the high temperatures! Surroundings are beautiful. Lots of beautiful walks made. Bicycles rented at 3 minutes' walking distance. Very nice people. Speak Italian and a little french. Great bike ride for mountain bikes made from the house. Electric support necessary. Very friendly reception. Technical defect was resolved very adequately and quickly.

Lovely house with lots of room and privacy in a gorgeous valley. Irena is extremely helpful and responsive.

This was one of the best air bnb experiences I have had, highly highly recommend. The photos do not do the view justice, it is truly amazing. The pool is perfect for families with children. The air BnB has everything you could need, comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen, clean modern bathrooms, so specious. We had the most amazing week! Deborah is an incredible host, very detailed guide book, excellent communication, she went out of her way to make sure our stay was super. We didn’t want to leave. It is a 30 minute walk down the hill to the centre of Menaggio. The hill to the top is steep with cars/walking but it is so so worth it for the view. Thank you Deborah, we couldn’t have had a better time.

The house is in a beautiful area with a view on the lake. The pictures don’t even show how big the garden is. The kitchen is well equipped and all the rooms are air-conditionned. We had a great time here!

The house looks good like on a picture. When we checked in , it was not cleaned up after previous guests, bus Susanne was responsive and organize quickly a cleaning lady and refund us cleaning fee . I’m satisfy with a stay. The only minus that you can’t park right in front of the house, might be uncomfortable if you carrying heavy things. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.
