Pictures didn’t do this place justice. Stunning view, privacy, and a tucked away paradise while still being close to everything you may need. Andreas was responsive and provided good local recommendations for restaurants.

Celste je bila susretljiva i brzo je odgovarala. Dala nam je korisne upute. Kuća se nalazi na prekrasnom i mirnom mjestu i pogled je predivan. Nalazi na osami, što nije bio problem jer smo imali auto i baš nam je odgovaralo. Raspored soba u kući je odličan i cijela kuća je jako lijepa. Potpuno je opremljena za duži boravak, od kuhinje do raznih igračaka za djecu. Ima i vanjski roštilj. Dnevni boravak i kuhinja sa velikim šankom su odlični za druženje. Posteljina i ručnici su bili čisti i mirišljavi. Jedini problem je bio jak smrad vlage u dvije sobe, što nam je smetalo za spavanje. Svakako toplo preporučam njihovu kuću.

We had a great time here, regardless April weather with some rainy days. Ahmed’s place was even prettier than in the pictures and was both beautifully and functionally designed. We really enjoyed the sun beds and the garden which was fully fenced and ideal for our dog. There’s a restaurant in walking distance where you can get very nice pizza and pasta.

We stayed at Piero's apartment for two weeks in late July / early August 2024 with our two boys aged 8 and 5 years and really enjoyed it there. It is truly an amazing place with lots of space, fully equipped kitchen, two air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms, cozy living and dining room, and a spacious garden terrace with great views of the sunset. The whole apartment complex is quiet and has a relaxing atmosphere, including a huge pool for recreational purposes and cooling off after visiting the many beautiful beaches nearby that can be reached by car in less than 20 min. Piero was a great host who was easy to reach, although everything was so well organized that we hardly every needed to contact him. Overall, I can totally recommend Piero's place and would definitely spend another holiday there, not to mention how beautiful Costa Smeralda itself is.

Tolle Lage, grossräumiges Haus, Sonnenterrasse (ohne Beschattung) mit grossartiger Aussicht auf das Dorf, den Strand und das Meer. Hilfsbereiter und gut erreichbarer Gastgeber, wenige Minuten bis zum Strand mit zahlreichen Restaurants. Ruhig, gute Zufahrt. Unmittelbar hinter dem Haus hat es zwei Mäste mit Mobilfunkantennen, und im UG des Hauses wird eine weitere Wohnung vermietet. Es hat Platz für 3 Fahrzeuge, jedoch keine Beschattung. Die Betten, Matratzen und Leintücher sind bescheiden, aber ok. Dafür hat es mehr als genügend Bäder, welche eine gute Bauqualität aufweisen. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was es braucht, und es hat mehrere grosse Kühlschränke.

Wir hatten eine richtig tolle Zeit in Andreas Unterkunft! Alles war super modern eingerichtet und dabei total gemütlich – wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Trotzdem wir noch vor der Hauptsaison da waren, war alles da, was wir brauchten. Unsere Kinder hatten genauso viel Spaß wie wir – die Lage mitten in der Natur war einfach perfekt zum Entspannen und Entdecken. Ein großes Dankeschön an die Gastgeber für die tollen Tipps – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir waren für drei Nächte in der Unterkunft. die Wohnung ist iat ruhig gelegen und größere Städte wie Palau sind in 10-15min zu erreichen. Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.
