Vacation rentals with beach access in Madalena

We enjoyed our stay at Tiago’s place! It was very clean. We enjoyed the outdoor patio area. Tiago was very helpful and accommodating. The location is also very nice and walkable to lots of restaurants and the waterfront!

Netter persönlicher Empfang und Verabschiedung durch Andreia. Sie war immer erreichbar. Parkplatz direkt vor der tür. Wohnung mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Monica was flexible when we had to twice ask to change our dates. The apartment is intriguing, a mix between 150-year-old building, but with a very modern, spotless interior. The location is beyond brilliant, steps away from Porto Pim beach and restaurants and a three-minute walk from the marina and downtown. We'll be back next year!

The apartment was exactly what we needed and its location is perfect - one way to a quiet beach and restaurants and the other way to the Horta waterfront. It could not have been better. Joao was helpful and responsive and we’d love to come back!

Both Olga and Helena are such lovely ladies! The place is very clean and cozy, very well equipped. The kitchen has all you need for a few days stay, there were also some fruits for me to have. And the figs from Olga's garden! Never had better ones, so delicious! The bed was very comfortable! Lovely shop nearby where you can buy some groceries as well as have a glass of wine on a little terrace. Santo Amaro is such a nice and strategical town to stay to explore the Pico island.

Ein wunderschönes, großzügiges und gemütliches Haus mit einem umwerfenden Blick. Schon in der Früh aufs Meer und die Inseln der Azoren zu blicken, ist etwas ganz besonderes. Das Haus bietet jeden Komfort und ist ein wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt, Pico zu erkunden. Es ist ruhig und gemütlich. Wir haben jeden Moment genossen - vom Aufstehen mit Blick aufs Meer bis hin zum Aperitiv und Abendessen bei Sonnenuntergang. Ana hat immer prompt reagiert, auch Vaina, die sich um das Haus kümmert, war immer erreichbar. Die Anreise war Unproblematisch, ebenso die Abreise. Ein wunderschönes Fleckchen Erde! Gerne jederzeit wieder. Danke, dass wir hier zu Gast sei durften!

La vue sur l’océan est tout simplement incroyable. Le logement était propre et le séjour c’est déroulé à merveille. Nous n’avons pas eu à communiqué beaucoup avec l’hôtes mais ce fut très efficace lorsque nécessaire. La présence du spa était un atout très intéressant. Je recommande ce logement à quiconque visitant Pico.

Great place, very spacious and comfortable yet cosy! We had some rainy days during our stay, so we appreciated a lot heating, soft and warm blankets as well as possibility of enjoying some netflix séries. The owner was making sure we have everything we need and the communication was extremly easy.

In der Unterkunft haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Kommunikation war reibungslos und der Ausblick auf den Pico und den Atlantik einfach atemberaubend.

Casa molto carina e curata, host molto simpatica e gentile, sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. La zona è molto tranquilla, è a cinque minuti da una bellissima spiaggia ed è molto facile da trovare. Speriamo di ritornare

Wunderbare Unterkunft in der Natur. Die Ruhe ein Genuss. Einzigartiger Ausblick.

We had a great time at Sonia’s place. It is a basic accommodation on the Faja with a super stunning view. Her place was squeaky clean and had everything we needed. The bed as mentioned in previous reviews may not be to everyone’s taste as it is super firm. In warmer months the location so close to the natural pools would be amazing.

Das Airbnb war kuschelig und konnten uns rundum wohlfühlen. Vorallem die Natur rund um die Unterkunft hat uns fasziniert und regelrecht in den Bann gezogen. Wanderungen ums Haus haben uns gefallen und danach bot die Unterkunft alles nötige zur Erholung. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler und grossem Herd, was uns sehr nützlich war. Wenn uns kalt wurde haben wir den Heizofen angemacht und es wurde schnell warm im Häuschen. Für Naturliebhaber ist diese Unterkunft genau das Richtige!

We loved our stay - thank you so much! The accommodation was extremely comfortable with superlative views over to Mt Pico from the terraces. Being on the farm was super fun and our daughter in particular loved being able to interact with and feed the animals. We appreciated being met and driven to the door with our bags on arrival (the road is indeed steep, as described by other guests!), but having first been passengers we then felt perfectly confident to tackle the drive ourselves.

We had an amazing few day's at Jorge's place. Horta is a fantastic location and the house is nestled into the hillside with fabulous views over the town and harbour. Perfectly located just a few minutes walk into town. We loved to sit eating our breakfast in the morning enjoying the wonderful view and star gazing at night after enjoying the island of Faial. Not to be missed! Hiking around the Caldeira, Capelinhos & Whale watching were all highlights for us! We would love to come back for a few more days....maybe next year :)

Casa caratteristica in un’area molto tranquilla dell’isola, circondata dal verde e di fronte all’oceano. Siamo stati accolti da un'atmosfera di pace e tranquillità. La casa è il rifugio perfetto per chi cerca un contatto stretto con la natura. La vista è molto bella e le passeggiate nei dintorni sono state molto belle. L'host è stato sempre reattivo nel rispondere alle nostre chiamate per capire come raggiungere la casa. I piccoli omaggi al nostro arrivo sono stati un tocco in più molto apprezzato. Grazie mille per questo bel soggiorno.
