Lovely home on a large lot within walking distance to local restaurants. Peaceful property and comfortable home, perfect for our family. The home was inviting and set up to welcome both us and our pet. The host was very friendly and communicative. We hope to stay again!

Nestled in a beautiful quiet cozy neighborhood. Was the perfect place to get away with a group of friends. Our firepit attempt was dampened with unexpected rain. Loved the outside bar area and screened porch.

Our 2nd stay at Troy’s!!! More trips coming also this summer! As I stated before, super lake front home- just perfect! Safe, restaurant within walking distance! Plenty of room for truck and boat! Close to numerous boat launches! The home is just perfect decor and waking up with the sun/lake in your face makes this home a huge bargain! My overall stay at the Airbnb was fantastic; it offered a comfortable and inviting atmosphere that made my visit enjoyable. The space was well-maintained, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided. However, I would suggest adding mirror dressers to each room, particularly in the master bedroom, as this would enhance the overall functionality and aesthetic appeal of the space.

The hosts were incredibly accommodating. When some work we were having done at our house fell through, they allowed us to rebook and credited back our first stay. The place was super cool, well decorated and very clean. The amenities were great too - probably the most well-appointed Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Everything we needed and even some things we didn’t know we did! Thanks again Allison and Anthony!

My husband and I were looking for accommodation close to my best friend's wedding venue and home when we discovered Michael and Patti's rental. The place was easy to find, comfortable, and they were wonderful hosts. The mornings were beautiful and peaceful, filled with the sounds of birds. I would definitely book with them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

Kendra is very nice. My family stayed here for ten days. The room was as described in the photo. It was well furnished with a beautiful garden to sit in and watch the squirrels run around. The location is close a lake and there is a Kroger in five minutes drive.Kendra was very helpful with our living needs. We enjoyed our stay, I would definitely recommend her house and would choose this house again next time.

This is such a cute, cozy place in a quiet, serene location! Tip was a great host and very responsive. It is a little less than an hour to the lakeshore and made for such a nice weekend away. We highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

I was very pleased with this booking. Jerald was a lovely host. The house is gorgeous and clean. Jerald has an eye for decorating and everything was beautiful. I love to read and loved the book selection! We felt very safe and the outside area was beautiful. There are lots of beautiful song birds and other critters around and in the canal. I would definitely book this place for a long weekend and would love relaxing on the deck or by the fire pit with a book from the house! It is a perfect location for any activities in Detroit, or for an extended stay. Highly recommend!
