Nice place to stay close to everything that we wanted the host very nice

We had an amazing stay! In town for our annual family fishing trip on he Detroit River and this was the perfect base camp. My Grandmother was able to prepare the finest meals imaginable thanks to the well equipped kitchen and space. We had one minor issue with the fridge during our stay but Brittany jumped into action and had it fixed up within a few hours. The space allowed us to rest well, share laughs in the common areas and all sit at the dinner table. It was perfect for our needs and very well managed. Thank you again Brittany!

Nadine's house is clean, cozy, open, light, and beautiful! We had a wonderful stay and will definitely re-book if we are back in the area again!

I really enjoyed my stay at the house, it was in a perfect location for me, super easy to find, and simple easy check in and check out, Mateos's was always available if needed and always very responsive to any messages or communication we had during my stay, he was a great host and I would highly recommend staying here and I would certainly stay again if I'm back in the area and the home is available, especially in the summer with the home having a pool, it is winter now and the home was great it would be over the top with the pool in the summer, a great place to stay!

The place was spacious and had lots of fun games available. The little theater room was great and even had a game console with games available to use. Bathroom and kitchen were stocked with nice extra amenities (popcorn, snacks and a full bathroom kit in case you need it). Definitely plan on booking this place again when the pool opens!

This home was perfect for our family! It was super clean and cozy. We were traveling with our toddler and they were very accommodating and brought us baby gates for the stairs. The labels on the doors and cabinets were also very helpful. They even had waters and snacks for us. The location is great and near lots of shops and restaurants. We were staying close to family nearby. Will definitely stay again next time we are in town!

Beautiful clean home, beautiful yard and pool. Very spacious, fit our family of 6 very well, plenty of room. This is our 4th time renting from Colleen. Twice here and twice at the lake house. We will definitely rent from her again. She has beautiful homes. Thank you Colleen!

Great place for my young son and I to explore Detroit on Spring Break. Safe neighborhood and parking in private driveway was great. The upstairs den was a surprising hit! House is decorated nicely.

My husband and I were having some work done to our home and needed a place to stay a couple days with our boys. From beginning to end Sara was responsive and very pleasant to speak with. She made the process go very smoothly on our part. The house is absolutely gorgeous. Very open, with lots of light and very modern decor. It was also very easy to find and has excellent nearby shopping which was extremely convenient. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice vacation or even a home away from home getaway. Sara is an absolutely wonderful host!

TJ has an absolutely beautiful small home in a quaint neighborhood. He had all the amenities we needed for an overnight. He reached out as soon as we got there to make sure everything was sufficient in to find out if we needed anything else. A wonderful host with a beautiful home! Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

He was very easy to work with. Will reply back in reasonable time and helps out if you have any questions. My group and I felt at home and love the amount of stuff that was around the area. Definitely would book again

Sal was very accommodating and very responsive. We all were here for an unfortunate and unexpected event and Sal was more than accommodating for the curve balls that were thrown our way. The place definitely ironed out the details of what a visitor would need and want. Thanks again for being so accommodating. I don't find myself coming here again but if I did...without a doubt I would stay in Sal's place

We enjoyed our week-long stay at Jennifer’s warm and cozy place that was nicely prepared. She was prompt and communicative throughout, including about check in instructions. My son and I had a aver nice stay here for spring break. It's a good location to go to downtown Detroit, Detroit Zoo, and other neighborhoods like Cranbrook and Ferndale. The space was perfect for 2 people, the sofa bed was comfy and the bedroom is a good size. The kitchen is well stocked for preparing simple meals. Overall, a great value.

Wonderful place to stay! Lots of couches and open space for family to hang out and catch up in a comfortable homey setting. Atheer was a great host, he checked in with us just after arrival to make sure all was satisfactory. Loved that, not many hosts do that!

Perfect place, host and location!

John was a terrific host and we really enjoyed our stay. He was very friendly and responsive to us and really enhanced our stay by offering us advice about the area and providing a welcome binder with local services. I had to telework one day during our stay and the high-speed Internet worked without a single issue. Highly recommend John as a host and this location was everything we asked for.
