My partner and I stayed at Christine and Brad’s place. It was such an amazing location with a beautiful view. Everything was spotless and the bed was comfy! It has a massive bathroom and walk in robe too! The kitchen was excellent to use, and sitting out on the deck with a drink felt so relaxing! The spa was the best, and such a beautiful way to start or end the morning! Will definitely be returning! Thanks again!

Karen's place was just as it appeared in the photos. We were familiar with the Finch Hatton area and were able to check out the local cafe and gift shop and pub (both within very short walking distance to the accommodation). The house was really cute and beautifully furnished and decorated. It all made for a very relaxing stay. Karen gave some great local suggestions and was friendly and easy to deal with. Thanks for having us stay.

Simone’s place was one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in! By far the cleanest and in a central location. Communication was clear and she was an amazing host always making sure we had supplies and everything we needed. Everything was well stocked! We are so happy with our stay and felt comfortable the whole time!

I’d just like to take the opportunity to thank both Evan and Hein for their amazing hospitality during my short stay in Mackay. The “Garden Shed” was both quaint and modern with such unique creativity and design. The rich, dark walls, and detail with the woodwork was on point and the incredible shower tiles and comfortable bed made my stay all worth the while. X They both made me feel very welcome at their home for the 4 days that I was there, and I would highly recommend this cute little getaway and garden to anyone who is thinking about booking! Absolutely shattered that I missed the “Arcturus Lounge Session” and seeing Evan and Will Bloom do there thang.. but on to write my next chapter in the series of “Me and My Thoughts” ;-) Thank you both once again. Absolutely loved my stay at Sue’s Place. It was everything I hoped for and more. If you're craving peace, quiet, and a break from the chaos of everyday life, this is the spot. The home is beautifully styled with thoughtful touches that make it feel warm and inviting the second you walk in. It's clear Sue takes pride in her space. One of the biggest highlights for me was the secure yard. Traveling with my furbabes, and knowing they are safe and happy is always my priority. They had plenty of room to explore while I got to relax without worry. Waking up each morning, grabbing a coffee, and sitting out on the front verandah watching the ocean waves roll in, having ducks visit and listening to the birds, well it was pure magic. You can actually feel your shoulders drop and your mind slow down. The view is stunning and the calm is unmatched. It’s more than just a place to stay it’s an experience. Peaceful, pet-friendly, and picturesque. I’ll definitely be back.

Rebecca is a lovely host with a beautiful home that is very tastefully decorated, clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed and found a great coffee shop walking distance away. As per other reviews, the house is located on somewhat of a busy street however our sleep was never interrupted and noticed Rebecca had provided ear plugs which was a nice gesture. Thanks for having us Rebecca!

Beautiful spot. Great features, loved the bathtub outside! Made a fire. They had everything there for your convenience. The tiny home was comfortable and well decked out! Take a book as there isn’t great phone reception but that’s the point of a getaway! Would definitely come back! Thank you!

My husband and I really enjoyed our short stay here. The views were picturesque and the decor felt very fitting as we were a few meters away from the beach. Rosanne was responsive and very accommodating as we needed an earlier check. Would recommend for anyone looking for an affordable costing resort experience!!

Great apartment with lots of little extras that made us feel immediately welcomed at check-in; including fruit & chocolates plus a selection of food items in the cupboard & fridge that helped to get us through our first night without a trip to the shops! As well as a a nice homely living area, there's also a 6 seater dining table on the balcony to enjoy the sea breeze. Absolutely loved the well equipped kitchen plus the abundance of towels & linen. Thanks Amanda, wish we could have stayed longer :)
