Beachfront vacation rentals in Mackay Regional

This is our second visit to the Wallaby House and I don’t see it being our last! As a family with little ones- being able to see the ocean and the pool from the kitchen is a big win!! The fact that the house is spacious, with a big back yard- makes it perfect for the kids to play outside and not get cabin fever! My 19month old, 4 and 6 year olds all walked to the beach and back so the location is just perfect for us! Definitely a gem!

Great place to get away and relax, no noise very little traffic. Great place for kids to ride their bikes safely.

Lovely, peaceful spot. Very windy weekend when we visited, but the surrounding trees made a huge difference so we could still enjoy the outside deck. Kind, responsive host.

We love coming to Dolphin Heads and this was our second stay with Lyn. The apartment was perfect for us (would suit up to a family of 4) - beautifully decorated with all the conveniences and the ocean on your doorstep. I love that it is out of the way from the hustle and bustle, yet only minutes away from the shops and services. Can’t beat the location or the sunsets.

We had a great time here. My daughter didn’t want to leave right on the beach, wifi was fantastic and place had everything we needed. Requested a porta-cor and was there waiting linen and all made staying with a little one just that little bit easier and saving have to bring one. Thanks for a great weekend!

Great location, quiet part of town right on beach.

We found Melissa’s place to be very relaxing and cozy and we absolutely loved the ocean view.

Stayed a few nights over Christmas. It was so relaxing to be able to walk outside and be by the ocean. We did not do a lot of cooking as we live near by and had prepared our meals at home. There is an air fryer which we did use. There was a problem with the microwave and we were unable to use it, but I am sure it will be fixed for the next guests. We have stayed in other units in the past and this one was the most comfortable yet. Definitely recommend Anthony’s unit.

Our stay was great, we booked the air bnb for 6 nights which gave us plenty of time to properly settle in. The unit matched the all of the photos and details displayed in the description. The lounges were cosy, the kitchen was modern and had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable and provided great night sleeps. The pressure in the shower was amazing, very firm. The bnb was so close to everything, this was a great opportunity to take a walk and sight see, Would highly recommend.

Thanks so much for the stay we loved it. It was a home away from home. Very relaxing and so close to the beach. The unit was like brand new inside and had every amenity we could have asked for. The host had great communication making it easy for us to check in and check out. We will definitely be back this was our first time in Mackay and we loved it, hopefully next time we will stay for longer to be able to enjoy the peaceful location and wonderful unit.

This is an amazing beach front property that is equipped with everything you need for your stay. If you want somewhere to relax and unwind with stunning sunrises over the ocean look no further. Carol is an amazing host and very responsive to any question you may have. We will definitely recommend this property if you are staying in Seafourth.

Had a very pleasant stay. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning welcome. Glad to have washing facilities and an outside clothesline (although there are dryers as well). Kitchen and bathroom as described. Fast responses to my questions. Would definitely stay again.

Primo location…..that good I’ll be back up in 2 weeks and booking it for my 3 week stay

As soon as i had my booking confirmed, Carol was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Extremely friendly, helpful and responded almost immediately, regardless of the question. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Wish I was staying for pleasure, instead of work, would have loved to enjoy some quiet time on the front patio, taking in the views. But was fantastic to sleep with the window open after a long day at work, falling asleep to the sounds of the waves and fresh sea air Would definitely stay here again if I had the chance. I stayed in Cesar’s apartment for my week off after working 14 days and it was exactly what I needed: the view is amazing, the resort was beautiful and it’s really quiet so I got to relax like I wanted to!
