Beautifully decorated and comfortable flat! We had everything we need and fully enjoyed it. The only thing is that there are some stairs leading to the flat, and we had quite some big luggages. However, Federica helped us with it. :) My family totally loved it here, thank you!

The accommodation was really nice, both outside for its location in the oldest part of Trevignano Romano, and inside with very welcoming and respectful furnishings for the type of environment. Inside we found all the promised comforts and the Host Ambra was really kind and helpful. Definitely recommend

The apartment is situated 150 m from the beach, comfortable and well equiped. Emanuela was very helpful during the whole stay. I would strongly recommend her property to AirBnb members who need peaceful vacation and intend to visit Rome, Napoli, Pompeii and other nearby towns in Italy.

Our family had a wonderful stay here and really appreciated the host's flexibility and responsiveness. The location is amazing; a 30 second walk gets you to the lake, 2 minutes gets you to the local restaurants and shops. The house was spacious and comfortable and at an amazing value. I hope we can visit again!

This place was not only amazing, but was a blessing. We were previously at another Air B&B which was not suitable and we had to scramble to find another location. When we found this place we were really fortunate. The location is amazing, the host was very helpful and had loads of recommendations ranging from services to restaurants, the residence was clean and secure, and the price was reasonable. I will highly recommend this place for anyone looking to make this area a home base while exploring Italy.

Dream Airbnb equipped with all the comforts that a guest could look for, a two-minute walk from the beach and the shopping center where there are minimarkets, restaurants, pastry shops, bars, etc. and a bus stop to go to Rome. Alessandro is a magnificent Super Host who assists you from the moment of booking and upon request organizes transport (very convenient when arriving at the airport and leaving) restaurants and the beach etc. at super discounted prices!!!! Bicycles are available at no extra cost so, fantastic for going to the beach and getting around Fregene. Thank you Alessandro for your splendid Airbnb and for all the help you provided to me and my son every day which for a foreign tourist is a huge convenience and money saver!!! Very nice house. It was easy to get to Rome and to the beach. The host is very responsive and helpful. We got a nice welcome to the house with a little tour and everything we needed to know. Overall a great experience and I would recommend.

Just as described. The home was comfortable and charming. Nicola was great in communicating. she was very accommodating when we arrived earlier than expected and let us drop our luggage off so we could explore the city. If you need a place to stay before or after a cruise I highly recommend staying here.

We had an incredible stay at Gloria's place! It was the perfect fit for our group of 11, with a quiet location and easy access to the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it a breeze to cook up pasta and enjoy it al fresco with stunning sea views.

It is a beautiful house, furnished with a lot of love for detail. It really looks like the pictures. Due to the many seating options in the garden, you could sit somewhere different every time. The beds are fantastic and ensure very good rest. The beach is very close. We felt very comfortable.

Vittorio was very welcoming from the very beginning with great, clear and proactive communications. The house was very clean and matched the description. We (2 adults, 2 small children) had a super time, especially enjoying the beach so close by (~5min walk) and Rome only an hour by car. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful house, superior to any expectation. Large, super clean, equipped with everything and you don't feel like a vacation home, but a loved and well-kept place. A special mention to the bathroom, which in addition to being very spacious has a spectacular shower! Garden and covered patio are equally well cared for and very enjoyable, you can have lunch outdoors in the middle of the greenery and in total tranquility. We did not have the pleasure of meeting Claudia, but her formidable parents welcomed us not only with the courtesy that is allowed to be expected, but with sincere warmth (thank you again Rita for your exquisite donkey and Aldo for the plant). They were available for anything and, at the same time, are people of absolute discretion and respect for the confidentiality of guests. We've rarely felt so good! We really recommend a stay with them.
