Staying in our 75 square meter vacation apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds of the forest, the garden and the sea birds flow in. A scent of fresh sea air meets your nostrils. Our guests also experience the light as something very special. Especially when the evening sun sends its rays down on the surrounding islands, you have to pinch yourself to make sure you're not dreaming.

The newly renovated apartment, in the middle of Maasholm-Bad, offers relaxation for everyone! The apartment (raised ground floor) has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a modern bathroom including a rain shower and a balcony. In the shared basement there is both a laundry room with coin slot, as well as the possibility to safely store your own bikes. The apartment is located between the Schlei (about 400 m) and the Baltic Sea (about 900 m)

The lovingly furnished apartment with separate entrance has a double bed, a small dining area, a cozy sofa and TV corner. 800 meters away are a beautiful natural beach with cliffs and a lively beach section with promenade, restaurants, toilets, and a surf school. Supermarket, bus connection and bakery are a two-minute walk away. Tourist tax (2.50 euros per person per day) is not included in the price and must be paid in cash upon arrival.

This fully equipped apartment has a small kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. A living room with a cozy pull-out couch and TV. The bedroom also has a TV and a 180 x 200 double bed. €35 is due for cleaning. Bed linen and towels are included here. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a commercial building with two other apartments and a physiotherapy practice. In the yard there is a bicycle shed

The apartment is centrally located right next to the Treenetal nature reserve and centrally between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea. It's just a short hop to Flensburg, Schleswig or across the border to Denmark. It can accommodate 2 people and is fully equipped. Our apartment "Smukke Bleibe" offers a cozy and light-flooded atmosphere on almost 80 square meters and impresses with its view of the Maasholm harbor and Schlei as well as fantastic sunsets on the sunny balcony. Directly located at the sailing port in Maasholm, it is just a few meters away from the water. The apartment was completely renovated in 2024 and fully furnished with a modern charm.
