The guesthouse is for two people with 160 cm bed, parking space just outside the door, wireless internet, smart TV, kitchen with hot plates, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all fixtures (pots, plates, glasses etc). Bathroom with shower and toilet inside the guesthouse. Underfloor heating in bathrooms. Wall-mounted panel oven in main room. The guesthouse has a private entrance and is separate from the house, 17 sqm only.

There is a big terrace in front of the guesthouse where you can relax or enjoy your meal after a day og hiking, kayaking or just exploring the region. The guesthouse is about 30m2, and has 5 beds as described below. Bedroom: Family bed, 120cm lower part, and 75cm upper part bunk bed. Bose DVD hjemmekino anlegg. Stuen er koselig med en meget koselig hyttestemning, Kjøkkenet er romslig med rikelig med skap og benkeplass. Benedikte's house on architect-designed Svindland farm

The Benedikte house is about 10 min drive from Egersund city center and about 5 min from E39. We have attempted to recreate the hospitality of Benedikte - the last one to stay in the old house - in this modern and completely newly built farmhouse on the outskirts of the courtyard of the Svindland farm. Here guests will find peace and idyll. On the farm there are horses, we have two dogs and a cozy peacock that runs freely. The house is very modern and well-equipped.
