Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. We are located four houses up from marina , so a 5 minute walk. Also 2 beautiful walking trails a park with playground and beach. This has a galley kitchen and roomy sitting area. It is a studio with a beachy flair! Bring your beach towels and kayaks and there’s room for a boat too or rent one! A 1/2 mile to many restaurants and water park. There’s also a canopy with out door sitting area.

Our cabins are situated around permanent campsites and that creates a family atmosphere, our home away from home. Each cabin is modeled with a complete kitchen, living area with tv, full bathroom, two bedrooms with a queen bed in each. If relaxing is on your agenda you can lay at our in ground pool or relax at the cabin on the wrap around deck.

This was our third trip to the quiet location located on small cove on Kentucky Lake. Beautify scenery overlooking the lake. Small lake house located on gravel drive = great spot to set up the Solo Stove and chill out. We made day trips to Land Between the Lakes, the Casey Jones distillery and rented a pontoon from the the nearby marina; but mostly relaxed by the fire pit overlooking the lake. Large screened in porch in case of a rain day. We were short on cleaning supplies upon arrival - the host responded quickly and supplies were provided in short order. We stock up in Paducah before arrival and prepare meals on site. There's always a nearby Dollar General if you forget something! Also nearby firewood for sale if that's your thing - $40 will get you through a fire every night for a week. We feel fortunate to have found this property and plan to visit as long as it is available!

This little place was amazing. There are breathtaking views from the cabin. the cabin is modern but also rustic, which we enjoyed. The kids loved sleeping in the loft. We rented a golf cart for our stay and the boys loved riding around on it. The boys enjoyed the community pool as well. Everybody is so laid-back and friendly. We rented a pontoon and a tube for one day and had a blast!!! We would highly recommend doing that if you have teenagers. Pagliai’s had delicious pizza and it’s only about 20 minutes away. There’s also a gas grill on the deck that works great. The place is stocked pretty well with basics for cooking. The Running Rooster antique/thrift shop is right next to/ behind the resort. It’s worth a visit, very friendly people and fun items to look at. We would definitely consider coming back again. We had a great time at Holiday Hills!

What a great little cabin on the lake with beautiful views on the huge covered deck! Very small bedrooms but comfortable and we didn't spend any time in there but to sleep. The little store was nice and we loved the gelato! The food truck was a bonus as well with lots of choices and yummy! Weather was warm and then rainy while we were there and we didn't mind at all. We watched the storm and rain from the nice dry covered deck! Heater and A/C both worked great but couldn't get any windows to open for fresh air at night. Nice folks all around the resort and a nice quiet place to call home for a few nights. Wish I would have had more time to kayak. Band was really fun on Saturday night. Danielle was great with her communication!!

This lake house was everything I hoped for and more! It was super clean, cozy, and had all the little touches that made it feel like home. The location was peaceful but still close to everything, including beautiful Lake Barkley. The hosts were amazing and made the whole experience effortless. I can't wait to come back — highly recommend!
