The Outpost. A Western Boom town located in Grand Rivers, Ky. The cabins are perfect for you to stay and enjoy downtown or have a small group escape. These studio cabins take you back to the 1800’s, visiting the Saloon, General Store, US Post, Dentist, or Blacksmith rooms. Our cozy 24’x 10’ cabins sleep two. We are conveniently located just a minutes’ walk from all the fun Grand Rivers has to offer and a quick 5-minute drive from the Land Between the Lakes National Park North Welcome Center!

Convenience is key here with delicious Cabin Pizza right in the same complex! This cute, newly renovated little cabin apartment is the perfect spot for a couple (or a couple of friends!), hunters and fishermen to get away. Grand Rivers is a golf cart community - let us know if you would like to rent our cart to make getting around easier (and more fun!).

Grand Rivers is located on Land Between the Lakes. Kentucky and/ or Barkley Lakes are great for fishing and recreation. There are hunting areas nearby as well. Grand Rivers is the home of the famous Patti’s restaurant. Uptown has unique shops and the Bagett theater for family entertainment all within walking distance. We have a huge yard with a fire pit to relax by, corn hole and hillbilly golf already set up. Plenty of room to park your boat.Grand Rivers has something for everyone.

Lakefront home with private 2 slip dock

This private vacation home on Lake Barkley have beautiful views of the lake and has lots of wildlife viewing opportunities. This property also includes use of a 2 slip private dock at the end of the Rockcastle bay. This beautiful home is located on 10 acres and is on a private drive. The dock is only 150 yards from the back door! ATTENTION!! The dock is only accessible from the water during the summer pool levels. Summer pool is usually April until Early August but dates vary.

Woodland Trails

Explore the Land Between the Lakes Recreation Area and stay in this charming shipping container turned tiny home. With all the comforts of home, it comes fully equipped with a kitchenette which boasts a 4-in-1 microwave, air fryer, convection and toaster oven. Our land is being renovated to host several tiny home stays, so pardon our dust. Please refer to the pictures to see proximity of other units. We live on the property along with our chickens, ducks, dogs and cats.

Mermaid Cottage

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. We are located four houses up from marina , so a 5 minute walk. Also 2 beautiful walking trails a park with playground and beach. This has a galley kitchen and roomy sitting area. It is a studio with a beachy flair! Bring your beach towels and kayaks and there’s room for a boat too or rent one! A 1/2 mile to many restaurants and water park. There’s also a canopy with out door sitting area.

North Bend Lake House @ Lake Barkley

This stylish place to stay is perfect for family getaways. A fisherman’s dream vacation. Bird watchers paradise. An artist retreat with views to paint or write songs about. Most importantly it is a wonderful escape from the hustle & bustle of the city. Less than 2 hours from Nashville! As of 2/28 we have ordered a Tornado Shelter. Installation will happen in 4-6 weeks.
