An amazing oasis for a family and extended family. I Hosted a week long family gathering and Thanksgiving and it was amazing. As a retired veteran, mom and grandmother i was more than happy with the home, location and Lake views. Everyone was happy and we made endless memories which is what mattered most to me. We are thankful for the host and his family having their home available on Airbnb. Best regards to all who stay there. Bella Cook and family. 🤗

Grand Rivers Funky Little Shack is my new happy place. It’s adorable—definitely not what I would call a ’shack’—perfect for one or two people and a dog. I was there on a Monday before the busy season kicked in, so some of the restaurants were closed, including the pizza joint right next-door which I was looking forward to. The home is close to the heart of Grand Rivers and within easy walking distance of Lighthouse Landing and other places. I would definitely stay at the Shack again.

Our family loves this house! It's our 2nd time here, and we plan on going back again. This house is huge with beautiful views. Wonderful back patio. We love the backyard too. It's so spacious. Plenty of room for the kids to play. We enjoyed the firepit almost every night. We enjoyed the solar lights by the firepit. 😉Wood was provided, which was nice. Fishing off the dock was fun. Besides the house, the views, and the yard and so much more. What really makes this house special is the host Teresa. We have stayed at several AIRBNB homes, and she is by far the best host. She is so welcoming and makes you feel at home while on vacation. She quickly responds to any questions or concerns. She gives us helpful tips on places to eat or places to go. She even called a restaurant for us to make sure they were serving fish that night, which was what were looking for. Look no further, this is the place you want to stay. It's the full package and more.

The game room was perfect for my family gathering! It kept everyone entertained! The master bedroom was comfortable. The only thing that made our stay less convenient was all the stairs when taking food to the game room. Overall it was a great house for us!

We booked this location some time ago. Unfortunately we live in South Georgia and were hit very hard by hurricane Helene. We were without water and power for a week. All counties around us suffered even harder. The last thing on our minds was this trip, and we missed it. This wonderful group of people reached out to us and let us rebook for a few weeks later with no problem. I can’t begin to tell you how thankful and genuinely surprised I am by their kindness and graciousness. I will be making a trip here often.

This was a very comfortable place and super clean. Susan had a great stock of food and coffee. Loved the peaceful surroundings. When we go back to the area we will definitely stay here. This is one of the best houses we have stayed in.

We absolutely loved staying at this cottage. Perfect for our vacation. Close to the lake( right out the back door) and restaurants/amenities but also allowed us the privacy to rest and relax. Would definitely recommend this cottage when visiting the area.

A covered patio features multiple picnic tables overlooking the water. Ceiling fans provide ventilation in the outdoor space, and the grassy area slopes gently toward the lake, where docks and fire pits are visible. Natural light filters through the trees lining the shore.

This is such a beautiful location right on the beach and right next to the playground! It was such a peaceful vacation spot. We really enjoyed the condo. Plenty of beds and televisions and all the amenities you could ask for.

The sleeping area features two spacious beds, each covered with a patterned blanket displaying forest themes. A bedside lamp provides soft lighting, and a nature-themed wall art piece adds visual interest. A door leads to a connecting room, creating a homey atmosphere.

We came down for a fishing tournament and had a total of 12 people on and off staying at the house. The 5 bedrooms, 1 pull out couch and 3 baths fit us perfectly. Kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of linens and towels, etc. Everything was very clean and Kelly was great at helping out with specific needs and was quick to respond. Great stay!
