Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes, which is located in Farsund municipality. Skipperhuset was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we are working to make the house as authentic as possible, among other things by wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper's house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is wall to wall with the brewery that has a renovated oven.

We rent out our funky house in Viga, in Spind. The house was built in 2018, and has a high standard. On the ground floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV lounge with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom connected to this bedroom. Outside there is a difficult terrace with a lot of living space, various seating groups, jacuzzi and fire pit, and nice views!

Apartment with amazing views

Welcome to our brand new apartment, completed in May 2025, with a great location and fantastic views of Rosfjord! This nice apartment is a short distance to everything Lyngdal has to offer. The apartment is 34 m2 and has a lovely terrace of 13 m2. Inside you will find a comfortable bedroom, a modern bathroom and an open living room/kitchen solution that is perfect for both relaxation and cooking. Possibility to rent bed linen and towels. Guests can clean up after themselves, otherwise a cleaning fee will be charged

Villa Trolldalen

Newly renovated ,stylish and functional annex in central Flekkefjord. It is located in a busy area,but appears well sheltered and isolated. Parking right outside. Nice little and warm patio and enjoy. Only 5 minutes walk to Flekkefjord city center and everything in the center. It is also close to restaurants and culture/open air offerings. Extremely versatile property that is great for singles,couples,couples and families with children. Can also fit workers. Bed linen is ready,but must be left on your own.

Half hour drive from Kristiansand. Free parking outside. Pergola and patio. 1 room with kitchenette (hot plate/oven, kettle, Moccamaster, toaster, fridge) and two beds. Possibility of mattress on floor. Bed linen and towels available. Separate bathroom with a shower. WiFi and TV w/Chromecast + Apple TV (Netflix, Viaplay, Disney+, Max)

Hel leilighet i 2. etasje. Stor stue med kjøkkenkrok, romslig bad og soverom med dobbeltseng. Stille og naturskjønt. Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. Enjoy a relaxing holiday with the whole family in our modern, high-standard cabin! This is our family cabin, which we use as often as we can, but we’re happy to share it when we’re not there. The cabin is spacious at 150 m², with four bedrooms and sleeping space for up to 11 guests—perfect for two families traveling together. In addition, a luxurious sauna with panoramic fjord and mountain views is scheduled for completion by spring/summer 2026. We hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do!
