Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes located in Farsund municipality. The Skipper House was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we are working to make the house as authentic as possible, including wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. The Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is located wall to wall with the brewery house which has a renovated baker's oven.

Modern functional house in Viga, Spind for rent. The house was built in 2018 and is to a high standard. On the 1st floor you will find a hallway, laundry room, bathroom, TV room with a sofa bed and 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each room. On the 2nd floor, there is a large kitchen and living room with a dining area and TV area, as well as a master bedroom with a double bed and a large bathroom. Large terrace with several seating areas, jacuzzi, fire pit and great views. Ideal for families or friends who want a comfortable stay near the sea and nature.

Stor tretopp-hytte med plass til 10 gjester. Hytta ruver fra 4 til 12meter over bakken iom at den står ved et lite stup. Nydelige naturomgivelser med kort gå avstand til innsjø hvor en kan låne kanoer,bade eller grille i gapahuken. Hytta er plassert på kanten av et lite stup,så her får du en god høydefølelse. Hytta er godt isolert,utstyrt med en vedovn,lite kjøkken med alt en trenger,innendørs toalett og hele 3 soverom samt en hems med plass til 3 personer. 60m unna står Harkmarks utsiktstårn

In The Longhouse at Lista in Farsund the cows and the swallows are you closest neighbours. From the large panoramic windows you will get a unique view of the North Sea and Norway's largest concentration of bird species. Living in this architectural gem is an experience. Modern cabin with good sun conditions. High standard, child-friendly and located only 500 meters from the beach and jetty. Seats for approx. 10-12 people, and several nice outdoor areas. On the fire pit you can cook barbecue food or use as a cozy place on late evenings. Many nice activities in the nearby area - trips, fishing from the jetty, swimming, campfire on the nearby island. Short distance to Lyngdal, Spangereid and Lindesnes. 1 h and 15 min to the Zoo (Kristiansand).

The cabin is spacious at 150 m², with four bedrooms and sleeping space for up to 11 guests—perfect for two families traveling together. In addition, take a step back and relax in our luxurious sauna with panoramic fjord and mountain views. We hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do!

Cottage/small cabin in Lyngdal

Get away from the hectic everyday life and live under the stars. A unique small one-room cabin with room for 3 people. Simple kitchen with all the equipment to be able to cook. Cooktop connected to gas. Access to water in water tanks. The outdoor toilet is about 15 meters from the cabin. You just have to provide yourself with firewood during your stay. Tenants receive directions to the cabin. It is a 10-minute walk from the parking lot to the cabin.
