Skipperhuset

🏡 Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes located in Farsund municipality. The Skipper House was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In collaboration with a local painting company, we are working to make the house as authentic as possible, including wallpapering the living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. The Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is located wall to wall with the brewery house which has a renovated baker's oven.

Residence with private beach line and large outdoor area. Good sun conditions in summer with sun from early morning to approx. 8 pm in summer. With the possibility of renting a boat in the boathouse in the garden (20 ft and 60 hp trailer) with access to a slipway, kayak and paddle board. Perfect for summer activities. At the boathouse there is a jetty with a bathing ladder. The house has two bedrooms. Double bed in one and double bed with bunk in the other. The property is located 4 km from the center of Lyngdal. 3 km from Sørlandsbadet. 8 km from Handelsparken.

We rent out our funky house in Viga, in Spind. The house was built in 2018 and has a high standard. On the first floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV room with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom that is associated with this bedroom. Outside there is a large terrace with a lot of space, different seating areas, jacuzzi and fire pit, and nice views!

Welcome to our brand new apartment, completed in May 2025, with a great location and amazing views of Rosfjord! This nice apartment is a short distance to everything Lyngdal has to offer. The apartment is 34m2 and has a lovely terrace of 13m2. Inside you will find a comfortable bedroom, a modern bathroom and an open living room/kitchen solution that is perfect for both relaxation and cooking. Possibility to rent bed linen and towels. Guests can clean up after themselves, otherwise a cleaning fee will be charged

Villa Trolldalen

Newly renovated, stylish and functional annex centrally located in Flekkefjord. It is located in a busy area, but appears well shielded and isolated. Parking right outside. Nice small and cozy patio to enjoy. Only 5 minutes walk to Flekkefjord city center and Alti center. It is also close to restaurants and cultural/outdoor activities. Extremely versatile property that is great for singles, couples, friends and families with children. Can also fit workers. Bed linen is ready, but must be put on yourself.

Brand-new seaside cabin with a large terrace

Enjoy a relaxing holiday with the whole family in our modern, high-standard cabin! This is our family cabin, which we use as often as we can, but we’re happy to share it when we’re not there. The cabin is spacious at 150 m², with four bedrooms and sleeping space for up to 11 guests—perfect for two families traveling together. In addition, a luxurious sauna with panoramic fjord and mountain views is scheduled for completion by spring/summer 2026. We hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do!

Welcome to sunny and idyllic "Knatten" An architect-designed cabin in a secluded location by the lake with beautiful views over Egelandsfjorden with great fishing and swimming opportunities. The cabin is fully furnished and contains most of what you need to have a great stay including a Weber gas grill on the sunny terrace. 2 bedrooms in total with beds for 7 people+ (possibility of extra mattresses). Cozy annex with bedroom and master bedroom with double bed and loft bed in the cabin.

Cottage/small cabin in Lyngdal

Get away from the hectic everyday life and live under the stars. A unique small one-room cabin with room for 3 people. Simple kitchen with all the equipment to be able to cook. Cooktop connected to gas. Access to water in water tanks. The outdoor toilet is about 15 meters from the cabin. You just have to provide yourself with firewood during your stay. Tenants receive directions to the cabin. It is a 10-minute walk from the parking lot to the cabin.

Charming cabin with a nice view, located inland, 10 km from the centre of Lyngdal and Waterpark. The cabin is fully furnished, washing machine and dishwasher. Close to a big lake. Row-boat, kayak, fishing -gear available. Nice hiking area.

Koselig tretopphytte i trærne på Harkmark til leie året rundt. Hytten er godt isolert og har en vedovn klar til bruk.Hytten består ellers av et lite kjøkken,toalett,ett soverom og hems med dobbel seng. Sovesofa med plass til 2 i stuen.Uteområdet inneholder et stort spisebord, bålpanne og en hengekøye. Nedenfor hytta er det et vann hvor det er satt ut 8 kano som en kan låne gratis,samt en gapahuk med grillmuligheter.

Large and nice apartment with four bedrooms, beds for 8. Bringsjord is idyllically located with nature right outside the door. Hiking trails and beautiful surroundings for walking or running. We have a large garden with barbecue/fire pit at your disposal. Walking distance to the swimming area. Sørlandsbadet is 4 km away. We will go a long way to make sure guests have a nice stay with us 😊
