At the boathouse there is a jetty with a bathing ladder. The house has two bedrooms. Double bed in one and double bed with bunk in the other. The property is located 4 km from the center of Lyngdal. 3 km from Sørlandsbadet. 8 km from Handelsparken.

On the 2nd floor, there is a large kitchen and living room with a dining area and TV area, as well as a master bedroom with a double bed and a large bathroom. Large terrace with several seating areas, jacuzzi, fire pit and great views. Ideal for families or friends who want a comfortable stay near the sea and nature.

Just a few minutes walk to the swimming area and great hiking opportunities just outside the door. The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom, TV, one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed that provides two extra sleeping places. Linen and towels are included. The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine, among other things, as well as a private parking space.

Row-boat, kayak, fishing -gear available. Nice hiking area.

The apartment has a lovely terrace with a great view.
