At Easter min. 3 nights. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. House on 4 floors. We have a basement with laundry room, workshop, freezer, etc. We have the ground floor with living room, kitchen and dining area, access to garden and patio and BBQ. 1 floor with 3 rooms and bathroom. The 2nd floor with a large room. In the garden there are measurements, trampoline and badminton net, etc. We live 1/2 km to the S-train, 1 km to Fribad, 7 km to Øresund, 12 km to Copenhagen.

The building was built in 2019 of the highest quality with private parking and cozy little atrium farm, 3 bedrooms (one adult with double bed and two children's rooms) and 2 bathrooms. Charming, newly renovated townhouse with great location - right by public transportation, close to shopping street, the beach and forrest. Perfect stay for families or if you wish to stay right outside Copenhagen which can be reached by train in 15 minuttes. The house has a cozy backyard and garden with a playhouse. Inside the main floor has a combined kitchen/dinning room, and a living room with TV and fireplace. First floor has three bedrooms and a bathroom. Plus an attic with extra bed.

Cozy privat located room in basement. With separate entrence. Near by nice modern bathroom. When you need to come around. It will be easy With the Virum S-train station 7 minutes walk away. And busses going all the time from Kongevejen just beside of the location. We Will be as helpfull as we possibly can so you can have a present stay. To find the entrance you have to look for the description of direction And then it is half price VS a cheep Danish hotel. ;-)

Welcome to our lovely house in Lyngby. Close to nature and a short train ride from the city center, it’s a perfect base for families to explore the city. The surrounding area offers beautiful nature and possibilities for hiking and canoeing. The house sleeps up to 10 -12 guests in 5 bedrooms, one loft and a living room sleeping couch. There is also a cute garden and terrace, and the community playground is just out the back door.

Huset ligger i hjertet af Kongens Lyngby med hyggelige cafeer og de bedste shopping muligheder. Det tager 15 minutter med toget så er du i København og 10 minutter i bil. Det er et hyggeligt lyst hus med egen stor terasse. Hvis man holder af natur, så er Kongens Lyngby er omgivet af smukke søer og skove. Det er en stuelejlighed med en stor terasse og plads til 6 sovende gæster.
