Centrally located in Lyngby, with a short distance to Lyngby Lake, DTU, Lyngby center and only 5 minutes to the train, from which it takes 15 minutes to Copenhagen. Fantastic view from the balcony on the 7th floor (elevator). The apartment contains a large bedroom with a double bed and plenty of closet space, a living room with a good sofa bed for 2 adults, a nice kitchen-dining room with a new white kitchen, and not least a nice balcony overlooking the green areas around Lyngby and Bagsværd Lake. The apartment is not suitable for small children.

You will have the Zoo, Bellevue Beach and Klampenborg station within a few minutes' walk - and thus be in the center of Copenhagen with all its art museums and temptations in 15 minutes with the Coastal Railway. My lush garden and beautiful wooden terrace are perfect for quiet moments and various cozy moments with or without the shade of the awning. Furthermore, my house contains lots of older cozy decor + wooden terrace also on the 2nd floor.

Here you can go for beautiful walks and runs, ride a mountain bike and eat good food at Brede Spisehus or at Cafe Høkeren down by the river. All within walking distance of the house The ground floor contains a kitchen with dining area, living room with TV (Netflix, Wi-Fi) and a large bathroom. The first floor has three rooms with double bed and two single beds, respectively, as well as a toilet.

A lovely, spacious balcony is placed on the sunny side with view to a small garden. The apartment is perfect for families or couples. Pets are allowed. No lift.

We have four kids so there are also plenty of toys to play with. We have a big terrace, a grill and a nice private garden.
