Such a beautiful place to stay. The house and the surrounding area and view. Avril was so accommodating and went above and beyond and even helped making my wife's birthday unforgettable. Highly recommend this place.

The Studio

NickRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We stayed here for 5 nights in June 2025 with our dog and absolutely loved it. The setting is quiet and rural, the hosts are friendly and helpful - but not intrusive, and the studio is beautifully decorated and well equipped. I would rate it as one of the best places I have stayed at. If you want the buzz of the city, cafes, crowds and shops on your doorstep etc look elsewhere. If you want birdsong, nature, glorious views, good walking, thatched cottages & country pubs nearby, then this cosy little place is highly recommended.
An aerial view captures the charming converted cow stalls at Bridles Farm, surrounded by lush green fields. The layout includes a garden area, several outbuildings, and a small pond. The serene countryside setting highlights an inviting space for nature enthusiasts.

Casterbridge, a single story barn conversion

We had a lovely long weekend stay at this beautiful accommodation. It was clean, tidy, and nicely decorated. Christine and Paul, the owners, were very welcoming. We were greeted with a lovely hamper that included bread, milk, and delicious marmalade! Everything we needed was provided. It's a very quiet location, which made for a peaceful stay. We can definitely recommend it. We also explored the surrounding areas in Dorset, and our son enjoyed playing swing ball with the boys staying next door.
