Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Lucerne

It was a perfect size for the group we had of seven. It was a very clean space and the beds were comfortable. The bus pass was great to have. Perfect location. Could have walked to the city center, but the bus was a very convenient option. The host provided us with so many items to use such as converters soap, pots, pans, dishes. The description said it would have shampoo and conditioner however, it only had shampoo which we were a little disappointed about, but not a big deal. The building was great. People were helpful and quiet. The space in the Airbnb was great as there’s not much nightlife that we discovered so we enjoyed hanging out as a group at the Airbnb. Lucerne was awesome. We loved it. If you wanna go swimming, Seebad is a great place. Definitely do the Mount Pilatus golden ride. We had dinner at fondue Dupont, which was good, but it’s expensive.

THIS IS A HIDDEN GEM…. PERFECT IN EVERY WAY!!!! You cannot find a more beautiful place, a more respectful, responsive and hospitable hosts and staff, a cleaner apartment and a more stunning sunset in anywhere else ! The location is great and very peaceful with walking and hiking paths all around, and about 20 minutes away from Luzern ! I can not thank Nathalie and her dad, Mr. Hoffman enough for making our one month stay at their place comfortable, enjoyable and memorable! Our dog was also warmly welcomed and had an amazing time ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND WOULD LOVE TO GO BACK TO IT AGAIN!

We had a lovely stay. We stayed in winter and it was warm and very comfortable.

We had a great stay here for 4 days. The place is very nice, spacious, clean and comfortable. It was also nice having the extra half bathroom. On a different note, a washing machine and dryer is listed in the amenities, but you have to pay to use them. This was not mentioned. Quiet time starts at 10 pm and with that the hot water is shut off. If this was listed in the description, I would rate this a 10/10 place. I still highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

We used Lucerne as our day-trip launching pad for 4 days, and loved it. Day trips to Bern and Basel were a breeze before departing to Laussane. Walk to and from the train station via the covered raised walkway. Unfortunately, the weather didn't allow us to enjoy the balcony, but we would've if we could've. Very quiet and peaceful.

We loved this super cute AIRBNB right in the center of everything. Beautiful views and wonderful deck. Architecturally interesting, well appointed, LOTS of beds/ room for people. This was my favorite unit during our vacation. Thank you!

A good place to stay. I had only one night stay and it is good. The host allowed as to have a late check out of an hour for which we are thankful.

Very nice outhouse a level below the main house. Private entry and exit. Facing a lawn full of roses in all colours and distant greenery. Felt right at home along with kindness and caring nature of Jennifer. Luzern station was just 15 minutes by bus and we faced no challenges in transportation. Place we clean and nice with comfortable bed and nice fixtures. Extremely pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

Maria and her husband were incredible hosts, some of the most thoughtful and responsive that I've interacted with. They took great care of us. The home is beautiful and full of thoughtful touches like towels for the beach, great shower products, kitchen basics, delicious strawberries (!!), insect repellents, etc etc. The location right on the lake is great in the summer, we went and enjoyed the local swimming beach. Would highly recommend staying with them.

El apartamento tiene todo lo que un turista necesita para sentirse como en casa. Yi-Tai es muy amable, excelente anfitriona. Llegamos al apartamento y había regalos de bienvenida que nos encantaron. Todo fue espectacular. Lo recomendamos ampliamente.

We had a lovely stay at Riad’s - easy check in, extremely clean home and a very responsive host. We really appreciated the amenities, which included a washer, dishwasher and a Dyson hairdryer among others (have to note this in particular, as many hotels have weak / inefficient hair dryers, so to have a Dyson while traveling, as at home, is a game changer). Pictures do not do the view justice - the lake and surrounding mountains make for a lovely milieu. Highly recommend & would love to return someday!

Yvonne communicated with us often. Carmen met us at the house and explained everything about the house and area to us. We absolutely loved the house on 3 levels and amazing views from all 3 levels. The spa tub, sauna, and cold plunge were the icing on the cake. There is so much to do in Vitznau/Mt Rigi Spa/Ferry around the lake, and so much more. We will stay here again, soon!

The place is clean and very well stacked with essentials. Many rooms and bathrooms that make the stay easy and comfortable. The owner was always reachable and very friendly, very clear and easy instructions. The only small difficulty we had, was that to get in and out of there (without a car) we needed to walk 25 minutes to the nearest bus stop. It's a flat and actually nice route, but still, not the most convenient. Other than that, the house and the surroundings were great!

What an amazing place!!! Such beautiful views where one could sit in the living room and stare and admire the beauty for hours. Very warm and comfortable home. The unit had everything we needed and more, including night lights for our children, tons of coffee, cooking supplies, and more. The outdoor area is flat where the kids could run around and play even though the house is on a hill. Would absolutely stay here again. Note: Kitchen and main living area are on the second floor so those with mobility issues might find it challenging, but there is a bedroom on the ground floor. The hosts were very communicative and easy to work with. Many hosts require steps to check out such as taking out the trash and running the dishes, but they said just leave as is, which made it simple. Overall, a first class experience.

Ana has a spacious penthouse with a big terrace. The space was clean, had modern furniture, even a clothes drier. Its a short Uber to the center. It is also accessible by the main train station. It takes about 5 to 10 minutes from the main train station to the nearby station and another 5 to 10 minute walk from there. She was responsive and check-in was easy.

Vesko’s apartment is great, we had a wonderful experience during our stay! You’ll need to walk up to the second floor, where you’ll find a spacious terrace, large and spotless bathroom with a luxurious bathtub, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bedroom. Another two rooms are in the loft. The kitchen is especially well stocked with everything you might need. Vesko is very kind. Even though we arrived late, he came over himself to explain how everything in the apartment works, and even brought extra blankets and pillows for the kid. As for transportation, the location is very convenient—within a 10-minute walk, you’ll find a train station and several bus stops. The apartment is next to the railway tracks, so you might occasionally hear little sound of passing trains.

The place is super clean and modern, fully renovated. Sven was very responsive and brought the items we needed. The unit has laundry downstairs and feels like a home away from home. It is in a very nice neighborhood. While a bit walking distance to the bus station, Uber is super convenient and cheaper than taxi, which we used often. Overall it is a great place!

Such an amazing stay!! We were here for a week and it was idyllic and peaceful. Emmetten is a friendly town in a beautiful setting. The apartment was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Maya was an excellent host. She is very responsive and even brought us some eggs from her hens. The Volg grocery store is about a 4 minute walk, but there is also Ruadis Marcht which is even closer. We loved this little store. If you are into buying local, stop by. They bake different types of sourdough bread daily and you can get fresh eggs, pastas, dairy and meats from local producers. There were excellent hiking trails all around. We had an amazing stay and would recommend Maya’s place to anyone.

Great apartment in beautiful surroundings. The swimming pool is great and the views of the lake and the mountains stunning!

The Airbnb has a spectacular location just by the lakeside and the views are incredible. The apartment is well equipped with all amenities and the kitchen has all the equipments needed to comfortably cook your own food. For self check in we had a bit of difficulty cause the mailbox was not labelled on the outside saying Romantic Lakeside Apt hence we were unsure if we were in the right place, had to open all the mailboxes and check, that wasted a bit of time. The host is quite friendly but not too quick with the responses but we did not encounter any great difficulty as such. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb, Vitznau is a very pleasant town and we really enjoyed taking the ferry to Lucerne. Overall it was a great experience, the scenic location of the apartment really makes one happy!

The best thing about the place is the host. Richard is a very kind, helpful, friendly and accomodating person. We came as strangers and leave as friends. The place was sparkling clean, better than the pictures. Had everything to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Station is at a walkable distance. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Coop on the station was small. We are very grateful to you Richard for going out of your way to buy umbrellas for us and even allowing them to take with us.😊
