Der obere Stock besticht durch schöne, alte Holzbalken, die den ursprünglichen Charakter des Gebäudes bewahren – beachten Sie jedoch, dass die Balkenhöhe verhältnismässig niedrig ist, sodass Personen über 1,80 m auf ihren Kopf achten sollten. The cozy apartment on the 3rd floor has two rooms with sleeping accommodations for 4 people (1 double bed and 2 single beds). A crib and child seat are available if needed. A well-equipped kitchen overlooking the Neustadt, as well as the newly renovated bathroom/toilet with bathtub and shower with views of the Musegg towers and the old town, result in a pleasant feeling of living.

This 2.5-room apartment close to the city with free parking is very quiet in a cul-de-sac and surrounded by greenery. It is only a 3-minute walk to the bus and 5 minutes to the lake promenade. For example, the city of Lucerne can be reached in 8 minutes, or you can walk the entire way along the popular lakeside promenade in about 15 minutes. The house is old, and a slight musty smell can be detected, which very sensitive people should take into account when booking. The furnishing is modern.
