CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
- Check-in is at 4 PM.
- Early check-in may be available for a fee if there is no same-day check-out. We can accommodate early luggage drop-off, but guests may not return to the property until 4 PM.
- Check-out is at 10 AM.
- A complimentary 11 AM check-out may be available with 12 hours' notice, provided there is no same-day check-in.
Late Check-Out Fees
11 AM to 1 PM: $300
1 PM to 3 PM: 50% of the nightly rate
After 3 PM: Full nightly rate

Deposits & Fees
- For bookings of 30 days or more, an additional damage deposit may apply.
-Additional fees may apply for pets, early check-in, late check-out, and similar requests.
-A fee will be charged for damaged items, including towels.
-Monthly stays (28 to 31+ days): guests are responsible for utilities including gas, water, and power.

- No outdoor music after 9 PM.
- Quiet hours start at 9 PM per City of LA enforcement.
- Noise meters are installed to monitor decibel levels. These devices do not record
conversations.
- Bluetooth speakers are recommended. No amplified or high-decibel speakers.
Events & Filming
- Prior written approval is required for any filming, production, or events.
- Additional fees apply.
- Written permission is required for gatherings exceeding maximum occupancy.
- Outside vendors require approval and proof of insurance (COI).
Concierge Services
Private chefs, luxury vehicles, spa services, and more are available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees. Kindly contact our concierge team to arrange services before or during your stay.
Amenity
- Air Conditioning: Keep doors and windows closed while the AC is in use. Do not set below 70°F. Guest misuse may result in malfunction; no refunds will be issued.
Maximum Occupancy
- Accommodates no more than 8 people at any given time.
- Overnight guests exceeding this limit will be charged $400 or more per guest per stay, if approved.
Strictly Prohibited
