We are unable to accept early check-in requests including those for last-minute bookings. We will accept your request to book, but the standard check-in time for this unit will apply.

The bedrooms are elegantly furnished and designed with your relaxation in mind. The primary bedroom boasts a private balcony where you can unwind while taking in the ocean views. -This is a non-smoking property, smoking is prohibited in units and on balconies or decks per the Manhattan Beach smoking ordinance. Additionally, the beach and Strand Boardwalk are non-smoking
-We ask that all guests be respectful and courteous to our neighbors. This includes community quiet hours from 10pm-8am daily.
Taxes: City of Manhattan Beach requires 14% Transient Occupancy Tax which is collected during the booking.
