Occupancy is limited to the person or persons originally listed on this contract as tenants. Any additional tenants or occupants must be approved in writing by OWNER. Failure to comply and cooperate is cause for immediate termination of this lease, eviction from the premises and forfeiture of all of OCCUPANT'S Security deposit and payments. Any additional occupants not originally on lease will cause an incurring of extra rental fees of $200.00 per night per person to be deducted from security deposit and subject to immediate termination of lease.
