Absolutely stunning modern Montecito master piece with stunning Mountain View’s and gorgeous grounds. Main house has two on suite bedrooms and a lower on suite bedroom.
A one bedroom guest house, a full gym, hot tub and 6 fireplaces through the property, all outdoor furniture is custom Brown Jordan, the perfect getaway for a family or 3 -4 couples. Small pets are allowed.

The space

Montecito’s beautiful environment lends itself to cutting-edge design. A quick stroll through the neighborhood will show off some of the finest American architecture. And, with scenic vantage points, stylish decor, and expertly manicured gardens, Canon View is right up there with the best. Inside, thoughtfully chosen furniture completes an elegant, yet soothing, color palette. Open concept design creates a casual, social flow that merges indoor and outdoor spaces. If you’re thinking of hosting, Canon View’s state of the art kitchen and formal and alfresco dining areas are sure to inspire unforgettable evenings.

After dinner, let the party spill out to the terrace lounge, where scenic views of the rolling hillside and canyon will set the perfect tone. On cooler nights, warm up by the fire pit or in the hot tub. If you’re hanging out inside, you’ll appreciate the villa’s cable television, Wi-Fi, sound system, and exercise room.

As an added bonus - Each fridge is stocked with fuji water, various sodas, juices and two bottles of Santa Barbara’s finest wine. Enjoy fresh flowers upon arrival, placed throughout the villa. Running trails near the villa, you'll be able to make good use of these.

Ten minutes from home, you’ll find Butterfly and Summerland beaches, both great spots to work on your tan, take a kayak tour, or stroll along the water's edge as the gentle waves of the Pacific cool your feet. If you’re in the mood to shop, dine out, or take part in some vibrant Californian nightlife, downtown Santa Barbara is just ten minutes from home. And, for the golfers, a favorite of the PGA Tour, Sandpiper Golf Course is just seventeen miles from home.
