New to our Luxury collection, Sea Spray- 400 Ocean Blvd., is a exquisite six bedroom, six bathroom, oceanfront home that is nestled in the most coveted Isle of Palms area. The home sits right on the ocean and offers unrivaled beachfront views. The home has recently been fully renovated and no expense was spared- including a private pool and hot tub (both heatable for extra charge), putting green, multiple porches and Chef's kitchen and four bedrooms with ocean views.

The space
New to our Luxury collection, Sea Spray- 400 Ocean Blvd., is a exquisite six bedroom, six bathroom, oceanfront home that is nestled in the most coveted Isle of Palms area. The home sits right on the ocean and offers unrivaled beachfront views. The home has recently been fully renovated and no expense was spared- including a private pool and hot tub, putting green, multiple porches and Chef's kitchen and four bedrooms with ocean views.

The first floor has floor to ceiling windows that look out to the ocean and can be seen from the large, open chef's kitchen, the dining room and living room. The first floor includes a King Master suite with a private bathroom including a walk in shower, double sinks and a garden tub, access to the back deck and stunning ocean views. Additionally, there is a bunk room with a single-over-single bunk bed and a pull-out trundle. A full bathroom with a stand-up shower is conveniently situated across the hall.

On the second floor, you'll discover four more bedrooms, each with King beds. Two of these bedrooms are oceanfront, boasting private bathrooms, while another offers side ocean views. The fourth bedroom also features its private bathroom. An exciting feature on this floor is a common area that can be utilized as a 7th bedroom. This versatile space includes built-in bunk beds (single over single), a TV, and a porch that overlooks the breathtaking ocean.

Other things to note
The pool and hot tub can be heated for $850 per 100 gallons of gas and any gas not used will be refunded after departure. If the gas runs out while you are here, you will be given the option to have it refilled and then reimbursed what you don’t use. Please give us at least a weeks notice before you arrive. If for some reason the equipment breaks or the heat function fails and cannot be fixed, then the pool fee will be refunded at a pro-rated amount. If the pool is heating, but not to your liking, this does not constitute a refund. You also have the option to only heat the hot tub and that will be charged at $5.50/gallon of gas used after your stay.
