We hebben heel erg genoten van ons verblijf in Maison de Charme in de Ardennen. Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen door Patrick, en er stond zelfs een lekkere soep klaar in de koelkast. De accommodatie is sfeervol en gezellig ingericht. Ook de goede hygiëne draagt ertoe bij dat je je er meteen thuis voelt. Er is een heerlijke (goed afgesloten) tuin waar je kunt zitten, en alle ruimte hebt om met de hond te spelen. De auto kun je makkelijk voor het huis parkeren. De omgeving van de accommodatie is prachtig, een aantal meter vanaf de deur kun je meerdere wandelroutes volgen. Wandeling 1 (Lavacherie-Bonne-Dame) langs het uitzichtpunt is echt een aanrader! Al met al een heerlijke vakantie gehad en we komen er graag nog eens terug!

Top ausgestattete, saubere Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage mit schöner Außeneinlage/Inneneinrichtung. Checkin unkompliziert, später Checkout bis 17 Uhr möglich. Raymond und seine Frau waren super nett und kommunikativ. Definitiv empfehlenswert!

Alles prima in orde. Mooie kamers, vriendelijke gastheer en gastvrouw, alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Fijn dat er privé-parking was. Er was geen Nespresso-machine voorzien (wel een ander type), maar Annette was zo vriendelijk om haar eigen toestel uit te lenen (aangezien we Nespresso cups mee hadden). Het appartement ligt op wandelafstand van Durbuy, zeer aangenaam en de ideale uitvalbasis om de streek te verkennen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in ländlicher Lage. Interessante Besuchsziele in der Umgebung. Besonders die Terrasse ist super. Vielen Dank, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement ! Tout était propre à notre arrivée, bien équipé et conforme à l’annonce. L’environnement est calme, agréable et idéalement situé, à seulement 10 minutes du circuit de Spa. Jean-Pierre a été très réactif et arrangeant, ce qui a grandement facilité notre séjour. Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés et y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Gezellig weekend doorgebracht in het huis, met kinderen en kleinkind, ondanks het wat mindere weer. Gerieflijk logement met gezellige pelletkachel. Goede bedden die netjes waren opgemaakt (ook het babybedje). Alles verliep zoals afgesproken. Heel vriendelijke ontvangst! :-) Als de baby ouder is komen we de schommel en glijbaan in de tuin misschien nog wel eens uittesten...

This is a lovely place to use as a base for exploring Wallonia. Namur, Dinant, Liege, Durbuy, even Luxembourg can be day trips from here. The surroundings are beautiful and Gauthier and family are super warm hosts. The breakfast goodies and chocolates provided was a lovely touch. Highly recommend the stay

Prachtig verblijf met veel faciliteiten in het huis. Het huis leek wel nieuw maar Ludovic vertelde dat het twee jaar oud is. Al met al dus een prima plek voor ons lang weekend.

Prachtig appartement met mooi uitzicht in het midden van de velden en weiden en toch maar 5 min verwijdert van Durbuy. De zeer goede bedden, goede douche, parking vlakbij op het terrein en airconditioning (het was 30 graden celsius toen wij er verbleven) hebben we extra geapprecieerd. Verder is het appartement uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt. Sophie is aangenaam en proactief en reageerde vrijwel onmiddelijk als we vragen hadden. Ik kan dit alleen maar aanbevelen.

Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par Anne et Mark. L'appartement est bien équipé, très propre et avec un confort suffisant pour y passer quelques jours. Merci Anne de nous avoir partagé un peu de votre passion pour les plantes, dans ce magnifique jardin aux multiples fleurs que vous avez aménagé. Un +++ pour la vue et le calme aux alentours. Au plaisir de revenir chez vous.

loved it😍 after cycling all the way from Rotterdam this was an oasis to recover. Also a beautiful day's cycle to Bastogne museum and back, largely country roads, though hilly. Jacuzzi was a godsend. First floor is b&b guests, apartment is in the roof area serviced by a lift off you don't want to navigate the beautiful wooden staircase. I used it quite a lot as recovering from my rides. peaceful evenings, no noise that I was aware of, nice and dark for sleeping. gorgeous gardens and goats, kids etc, birds as well! the spar in the town is not far to stock up. Didn't want to leave.

Perfecte uitvalsbasis om te gaan wandelen in de Ardennen. Bakker, slager en restaurants op wandelafstand. Het appartement was ruim en smaakvol ingericht. Weet wel dat je 2 verdiepingen via een metalen buitentrap naar boven moet. Er is ook geen airco wat in de zomer wel eens warm kan worden mits het appartement recht onder het dak zit. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf!

We had a truly lovely and memorable experience staying at Marylene’s lovely home. She is a wonderful, generous and welcoming host. Marylene even offered to pick us up and drop us off in her car from the bus station, which was incredibly thoughtful since we had couple of suitcases to lug around. The home is located in a scenic and beautiful spot; we fell in love with it the moment we arrived. It’s cozy and very comfortable for two people for short stays, the space is ideal for one person for longer stays. It’s also accessible on foot to the city centre and there are couple of bikes in her shed that she readily offers for your use. Although we only stayed one night, Marylene’s place made us wish we had more time there, and explore the many walking trails around Malmedy. You can really feel the love and care she’s put into creating such a warm, inviting home. Must stay!

Die Kommunikation hat gut geklappt. Wir konnten problemlos mit dem Schlüsselsafe einchecken und haben unseren Kurzaufenthalt genossen. Bei der Küchenausstattung hätten wir uns etwas größere Töpfe gewünscht, da hier bis zu 6 Personen schlafen können. Wir mussten mehrfach kochen, da das Gericht für 3 Kinder und 2 Erwachsene nicht auf einmal zubereitet werden konnte. Aber ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden mit allem.

J’ai eu la chance de séjourner dans cet appartement pendant une longue période. Il est idéalement situé, à seulement 5 minutes du centre de Vielsalm, dans un cadre paisible et reposant. L’appartement est très bien équipé, notamment avec des chaises d’extérieur qui permettent de profiter pleinement de l’environnement. La cuisine dispose également de tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner confortablement. L’hôte est exceptionnel : toujours disponible, réactif et attentionné. Un séjour parfait, je recommande vivement !
