The living room/dining room/kitchen area was so perfect for out group of 4. It was spacious and bright and ideal for hanging out playing cards, eating together or planning our next adventure. With windows out to the patio, there was lots of light and a very pleasant vibe. The apartment in general is quite large and bright feeling. The ceilings are high and the bed rooms are all good-sized. It also nice and quiet despite its ultra urban location. Speaking of the location, you are just 3 minutes walk to the Tube and dozens of restaurants, pubs, shops, etc.

Hugh is an exceptional host who possesses excellent communication skills. His devoted team is both welcoming and professional. I highly recommend this remarkable apartment for a delightful stay. It offers a superb home-away-from-home feel, complete with a calming atmosphere, stylish décor, and remarkable attention to detail. Many thanks to Hugh and his team for this fantastic experience!

The original apartment we booked had a heating issue but Chris very quickly upgraded us to a bigger property round the corner. Great communication and the property we moved to was perfect.

what a great place to stay parking comfy bed a kitchen with everything if you won't to cook but why would you with lots of great restaurants or doing a bit of shopping all with in walking distance and great places to explore like Windsor castle or see the swans on the Thames than back to your relaxing apartment

Room with kitchen faithful to the photos, garbage removal and change of towels without having to request. It was great! The location is close to Hammesmith station that has access to the center easily. Nearby has a picaddily, at the station there are markets like tesco that help a lot when it comes to saving. You receive a digital card to open the front door and your room, without any problems. For sure if I return to London I will settle again with Boris.

Excellent location. Ten min walk to shops and restaurants. Two min walk to a lovely pub. Take time to check out all the local Mews. Great concierge staff who are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is lower ground so rather dark during the day with only one small window which looks onto a tiny (tiny) space but it’s a lovely apartment and heating worked famously so evenings were lovely and comfy. Lovely comfortable beds also with great linen. One tiny comment is that one lounge cushion had dirty marks on it and one toilet seat was broken. Staff apologised and had meant to advise us but neither issue affected our stay. Wifi works very well. Apartment very clean with lots of bathroom amenities and also coffee/tea and sugar. Apartment was cleaned once during our five-day stay which was lovely including sheets changed. A really great stay. I would recommend.

Had everything we needed. Was right by the bus stop into town. Used the tenpin bowling alley round the corner and handy to have Tescos on our door step.

We had a lovely stay at Q apartments. It was clean and comfortable and spacious and the location is excellent. You can walk anywhere you want and the area feels very safe. The hosts left many nice amenities such as soaps, shampoos, and dish washing items. The one problem we had was that there is a nice modern looking combo washer/dryer which we had been counting on using to allow us to pack lighter. This unit did not work well. It would not spin properly in wash mode and while the dryer tumbled in dryer mode, it did not dry the clothes. We left it on for hours and the clothes never dried at all. I spent a lot of time looking up the instructions for the machine online on how to operate it properly, troubleshoot, etc. Despite our best efforts, we ended up leaving for our next destination with very wet clothes in plastic bags. I say this to warn future guests. I am not sure it was broken, I just do not think it is efficient.

Very well equipped flat, clean and nicely furnished. Block was very quiet and dedicated parking spot was extremely handy. Convenience store just down the road was useful to grab milk on arrival.

Great location and apartment - probably bigger and nicer than photos indicated. Terrific comms too making everything easy to navigate.

Excellent stay. Flawless and clean apartment. Easy access. And close to public transport. I recommend it.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Monika’s place. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly cozy — it really felt like a home away from home. The location was peaceful yet well-connected, and everything I needed was thoughtfully prepared. Monika is a kind and responsive host, and her warm messages made me feel very welcomed. It was honestly one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. I would absolutely love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

It was very easy, flexible, and comfortable to communicate with them. They are really wonderful and helpful people who provide the best possible service and support. Their response is very fast and very friendly. The place is very beautiful. The apartment is more beautiful, clean, comfortable, wonderful and better than I and my family expected. Everything surrounding the residence is very close (places, services, gardens and views). The place is very safe and the area is safe. I will repeat the experiment, no doubt, later I will come to this place one day
