This is the place they have their goats in the summertime, and some of their browncheese-productions. You are still able to see some of the production-equipment inside. The goats will be in this area from middle July to the start of Sept. This is a peacefull place to relax, without TV and WiFi. Take your coffie outside, to the view of mountains and falls. The "Firehouse" was built in 2004 with all the modern qualities. There are heating cables on the floor, private terrace, a great wood-fired back oven and a growing area just outside. The house includes a bedroom and loft. Just outside the door you will find popular hiking and biking trails. 6 min drive to Sogndal city center, 4 min away is Kaupanger city center with grocery store and ViteMeir center, nice for big and small! 2 min away you will find a basin, playland and gym.
