We had an incredibly relaxing, peaceful, quiet getaway. The house is more than enough space for 2 people, well stocked kitchen, amazing scenery. Beautiful Mountain View’s, screened in porch, super serene.

We had a wonderful time! Brenda thought of everything and made our visit so enjoyable -- from a beautiful table setup, to fun play areas, to a thoughtful welcome basket full of goodies. The kids LOVED all of the fun activities outside and playing upstairs with the toys. We highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway with young kids!

Overall was a great location to anyone wanting to enjoy the outdoors since the National Forest was nearby with gorgeous views! Or even enjoy all that the resort area offered! House was clean and the host was always made sure to get back to us about any questions that may have come up. Our kids loved that there was a game area as well that they could watch tv or game without having to give up the TV for the adults to watch TV.

By far the best AirBnb experience ever! Beautiful cabin, beautiful location (on the top of the hill), swings on the porch (my daughters’ favorites), hammock, no screens in the house (yes! yes! yes! - huge win) - we fell in love with this cabin from the first sight. Our 14yo and 7yo didn’t complain for even a second and they didn’t want to leave. This is the best rating anything could ever get. And if facts aren’t sufficient enough, this is review by my teenager „I rate this place 12 out of 10” (yes, this is the right order). Even our doggo didn’t want to get back in the car to return home. Joi's place was perfect for our annual three-family vacation. The house is beautiful and has a great layout for family gatherings with a huge dining table and open kitchen/living room concept. The house was pristine and had so many amenities and extras - including everything you could want in the kitchen and bathrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed the kayaks, the bikes, and the lawn games. The kids loved the video games, foosball, ping pong and pool table. The hot tub was great, too. Joi is very responsive and communicative and was helpful with any question we had. Highly recommend - would definitely stay here again!

We had the most wonderful weekend at Michael’s cabin! From the moment we arrived, I could tell how much care and thought had gone into making guests feel comfortable. The bathroom was stocked with such thoughtful toiletries - a nice touch that made us feel right at home. The bed was also very comfortable, and we slept well each night. The cabin’s modern decor is beautiful and really elevated the whole experience - it felt cozy yet stylish. The location is beautiful: quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. It was the perfect escape, and we loved waking up to the sounds of birds and fresh air. Michael was a fantastic host, always quick to respond and friendly in his communication. We really appreciated the detailed online guide he provided for the cabin and the local area - it made everything so easy, from check-in to finding great spots nearby. This was the perfect place for my husband and I to have a much needed R&R weekend trip, we did not leave the house all weekend except to go into the barn for some games of pool! The view was great and all around we enjoyed a peaceful setting! The hot tub was clean, and we really enjoyed the projector for watching some shows/movies!

We were in town for a wedding and absolutely loved our stay at Lindsey’s house. The house was cute and homey and clean. It looked just like the pictures and we loved it. Lindsey was wonderful and super responsive. I would recommend this home to anyone staying in the area!

We loved using the pool and the patio/grill area. The view and the landscaping are beautiful. The owner was helpful and responsive; she supplied firewood and charcoal. Plenty of dining space both indoors and out. Good A/C.

3 Nights was not enough for our 7 member family. We cooked, grilled, soaked in the hot and best of all had a delightful tour of Barbara's and Mike's Sheep Farm, all fit in around wedding events in Rixeyville. If life wouldn't have been in the way, 2 more days enjoying the massive deck and game room downstairs would have been perfection.

We had a great stay at the Blue House and can’t recommend it enough for your next trip to Lake Anna! The house was well-equipped, clean, and the host was flexible and accommodating with our check-in/out times. The property has beautiful, waterfront views and is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We would definitely stay again!

We needed a place to hold us comfortably for an anniversary trip, and Jeff’s place sure delivered! He was quit to communicate with us about questions after booking and stayed in touch up to checking in to be sure we were on the same page. We even had a minor issue on a Friday evening and he was very quick to communicate so that our trip could stay on track! Home was clean and had everything we needed to make our weekend trip no stress. Thanks Jeff and team!

Our family of four spent two nights at Callie's Cottage. We had a great time enjoying the trails, fishing the pond, and watching the horses. Our kids had a lot of fun playing in the treehouse. The house was cozy, clean and well appointed.

This was our family's second stay with Michele Indigo residence. We always bring our two pups and they love the walkable neighborhood and the large fenced in front yard. The house is quaint and unique as well as beautifully decorated, but comfortably livable at the same time. It is conveniently within walking distance to Old Town Winchester, parks, and fabulous restaurants. Michele provided timely check in instructions and local suggestions for food and entertainment. Check out expectations were a breeze and the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Although our visits in the Winchester area may be coming to a close with our child's upcoming graduation from the University, our visits will continue and we will always use Michele's listing for our family's longer stays! Thanks again for hosting us Michele! We can't wait to stay again!

Everything was great and we had a wonderful time!

Greg and Nicole's Lake Lodge is incredible. I could not get over walking down to the lake, relaxing in the hammock, and I absolutely adored every minute of being there. Greg and Nicole were kind and understanding. I am so grateful for their hospitality.

Great airbnb! Had so many amenities especially in the kitchen and bathrooms! Only unfortunate thing was that the neighboring farm has just manured its fields and the smell was extremely overpowering. The host warned us of this the day of checkin and I’m sure there’s no way of knowing this would be the case beforehand but it was just an unfortunate situation especially since the hottub was the main draw for us. Otherwise it was a great experience and the hosts were very communicative with local recommendations and clear instructions! Would come again but maybe not in manure season ;)

Our kids had such a wonderful time! Between the game room, the hot tub, the fire pit and the huge field, they always had something to do. Our favorite part was the sunrise view from the bedrooms. Stunning!

The house was perfect for our family Middleburg weekend stay. It was clean, cozy, well stocked, and centrally located. The tavern across the street was so convenient and added a local feel. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

We had a fantastic family vacation at Matt’s house. The space is beautiful — there are amazing views from every window and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the home. The kitchen was well stocked and we had fun cooking elaborate meals. There were so many fun activities at the house — from the hot tub to shuffleboard — but there are also lots of great outings within easy driving distance. Matt was an incredibly responsive host who quickly answered any question we had. This was one of our best Airbnb experiences ever and we can’t wait to return!
