The home was very clean and is set in beautiful surroundings. Almost like you’re in a tree house. Very peaceful and had all the personal touches you could ask for. Felt like I was at home!!! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

Jan was incredibly accommodating to us! My husband ran the MMT100 ultra marathon, and Jan allowed us to check in a little bit early so we could drop off some food before heading to the pre-race briefing. The cabin was just perfect for us! We had space to spread out, all accommodations like a washer/dryer, and the bedrooms were a great size. It was easy to check in, and a superb location for the race. If my husband does the race again in the future, this is the first place we'll check for availability!

We stayed at this Airbnb for a bachelorette weekend with six adults, and it was absolutely beautiful—both inside and out. Three of us stayed upstairs, while the other three used the bunk beds, which were surprisingly comfortable and conveniently located near a full bathroom on the same floor. We were especially relieved to have a screened-in porch, which made it easy to enjoy the outdoors without worrying about bugs. The house was thoughtfully stocked with essentials, including a charming coffee bar and plenty of towels. Overall, we’d absolutely recommend this spot for a fun and relaxing mountain getaway!

Mark had a gorgeous property, perfectly appointed and pristine. He was a superb host, very responsive and so helpful. The forested lot provides a peaceful and private location just a short hike to the Shenandoah River. The surrounding natural beauty and wildlife were the highlight of our stay. We will definitely be back,

My family and I loved our stay at Sherilynn’s cabin! The cabin has everything you could want and then some! It had plenty of space and everyone appreciated not having to share bedrooms or fight over bathrooms. We really enjoyed eating on the screened in porch, playing in the creek (We watched a snake eat a fish one night) and both fire pits. The cabin is a perfect base camp for adventures in Shenandoah National Park too. Sherilynn was very responsive and answered all our questions. We would definitely stay there again!

This house is very well located for enjoying Shenandoah National Park, Skyline Drive, & Front Royal, VA. The northern most park entrance is a very short drive, & the town of Front Royal is also a short drive. The house was very comfortable for my family of eight adults and one grandchild plus dog. We convened there for a week for a family get together. You won’t be bored. Solomon has provided everything you could possibly want to have fun and relax, from the very nice outdoor hot tub, fire pit with chairs and the makings of s’mores, hammock, and corn hole game, to the downstairs game room with pool table, the extensive library, fireplaces and nice back porch with grill, table, chairs, & porch swing, etc.! The master bedroom is amazing, the downstairs bedroom is also very nice, both with en-suite bathrooms. The other two bedrooms are much smaller and share a bathroom although there is a half bath off the kitchen. It worked for us. We hated to see the week end! Would come back.

Ray's cabin was a perfect place to celebrate my husband's birthday! We started with a Shenandoah trail wine tour and came back to enjoy the sunset in the hot tub with a few of our close friends. Ray was proactive and even personally called me to ensure we were ready for the stay. There was even a birthday banner hung inside for the special occasion! Everything was clean and looked just like the photos. The game room was a hit towards the end of the night with basketball and foosball table! We will be back again for sure! thank you so much, Ray!

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was easy to find and access. It is conveniently located in Luray close to the town and attractions, but also far enough away to unplug and have privacy. We really enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit while star gazing. Would highly recommend and would book again!

Great spot for our family of six. Plenty of space for the kids and dogs to roam. After hiking the hot tub was a big hit. Easy access to SNP and caverns. River access lot was great for fishing but there was an experience with a neighbor. Be mindful of the white posts that are near the sign on the river lot for fox creek lodge. The posts don’t go all the way to the water but those posts denote separate property although there is no sign saying so. When my son was fishing three feet inside that on the rocks in the water, the very vocal neighbor came down to the road and threatened to call the cops on us and yelled pretty aggressively as he continued to walk towards us. It seemed like a strange escalation on his part when we immediately got my son on the other side of the post as soon as he yelled that it was private property. Just a note of caution, as we didn’t go down to the river after that because the guy left us feeling a little unsettled. No fault on this Airbnb at all.

We had a really nice time at the cabin. Everything was laid out very nicely and was ready for us the moment we arrived. The space is beautiful and right on the lake. It was extremely peaceful to sit in the large screened deck and hang out with the stunning lake in view. Hope to stay here again some day!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place for a girls weekend! The view was better than the photos, peaceful and comfortable!! I HIGHLY recommend this place!

We enjoyed our stay at the Treehouse. Very peaceful and beautiful. Just what we needed. The price was reasonable and it had everything we needed. Sally responded to my messages before and during our stay quickly. I highly recommend the Treehouse if you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here very much. The check in process was easy, views were great, hot tub was nice. Only complaints would be the bed as it was not comfy/very squeaky. We would definitely consider staying here again next time we visit Shenandoah National Park.

Gorgeous cabin set next to a beautiful moving creek. Loved it!

The only part of the stay that didn't get 5 stars was that it wasn't quite as secluded as I'd hoped for. There are a number of homes on the road to the cabin, and a thin line of trees breaks the view. Admittedly unless you're looking for the other houses you don't notice them, so I got past that quickly enough. That said, the cabin was perfect, clean, cozy and everything worked as stated. Having grown up in the country, but living in a city now, I felt the stress melt away as soon as I stepped into the massive yard where my son and I spent a lot of time playing soccer and other sports. My son and wife really enjoyed the hot tub. The location is 15 minutes away from Luray which meant that the stars were amazing for the brief break in the clouds we got, but that it was close enough to get groceries and take out as needed. Plus it's about 20 minutes away from Front Royal so there are places to go and enjoy like Skyline or Luray Caverns. Jackie was a great and responsive host!

Great adorable cabin close enough to Luray / Shenandoah to get around easily, but about 7 minutes outside of town, so far enough to feel peaceful and quiet! Very cute decorations and plenty of space for the two of us. Fresh eggs were delicious and they also provided wood/kindling for the outdoor firepit at a nominal cost. Hosts were quite responsive. It's at the end of a gravel road with 2 other cabins close by. A bit of a stale woodsmoke smell in the cabin which is unsurprising given the fireplace, but may bother people with environmental allergies.

This was an amazing and beautiful cabin! The cabin was very spacious and was perfect for what we needed. Owners were very proactive and responsive and communicative. I appreciated that there were no surprises and if anything came up, they would be able to respond in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable beds, super clean hot tub and such a nice place to spend spring break. Excellent communication and very pleasant hosts. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future trips.

I planned to propose to my girlfriend over a romantic farm and Shenandoah getaway weekend. Andrea was very excited and helped make the weekend really special. The grounds were amazing and so beautiful with trails to take walks on and many animals to see. We brought our puppy and we had plenty of space to safely let him off leash to run around. He had as much fun as we did (and we got engaged!) Her restaurant recommendations were spot on, so definitely give those a try. We did the farm tour on the last day, and it was so personal, interactive and informative. Do not skip the tour!!! Andrea was so kind and generous with us. We cannot recommend this place highly enough.

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! Close enough to all the hikes we wanted to do. Pet friendly (huge for us) and beautiful views! Please make sure you read the whole listing, as you definitely need a vehicle with 4 wheel drive to get up the driveway. We brought our own towels, sheets, and so on as stated and everything else we needed was available. Would recommend bringing dish towels. We had forgotten them this trip. Cooking pots and pans are little outdated but they’re just fine! We had a wonderful taco night anniversary dinner at the cabin and throughly enjoyed a nice soak in the hot tub. There’s a very nice above ground pool also but it was too cold this time of year to swim in. I would definitely stay again!

From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. Not only was Sarah‘s home beautifully maintained and clean the added comforts of home like a stocked Keurig and supplies to do laundry, made it feel very easy and comfortable. They even had extra chargers for us in case we forgot our phone chargers. It was very close to my brother’s home so I’ll be renting again next time we come down to visit.

My family and I enjoyed this beautiful place. The spectacular Mountain View’s from the living room was breathtaking. The whole house was gorgeous. Everything was neat and clean, big spacious room and bathroom. I loved the kitchen. There were lots of amenities available for us like the BBQ grill, the fire pit outside, unheated pool, hot tub outside, and games for my toddler. Tupac was quick and responsive. He recommended walking to the river side, usually you can see eagles fly around hunting for fish. Even though, we couldn’t go since it was raining, we drove and while crossing the mini bridge by the river, I got to see an eagle fly over the river. It was so cool!

The house was great and the perfect space for our group of six. Lots of activities nearby (brewery, winery, hikes, etc.) and the house had everything we needed for meals in (condiments, spices, pots/pans, grill).
